Get your receipt in this place. I ordered a taco supreme combo, specifically because I wanted the sour cream. They give me the tacos and they’re missing the sour cream. So I take it back, and I hear the lady at the counter tell the other one that it’s missing sour cream. They have it for a minute, bring it back, and it still has no sour cream! And beyond that, now this time, they’re missing the tomatoes! It seems they threw in an extra regular taco, but it was no use.
I was running short on time on my lunch break, so I did not have it to go back yet again. This place is ridiculous. I won’t be going back and I do not recommend this place.

The staff are as friendly as they really could be but Taco Bell orders are consistently wrong or come out cold to the touch. LIke with all due respect, this place is ultimately the only Taco Bell/KFC in the area and is clearly kept alive entirely out of convenience at this point.
Like I understand it’s my fault for getting a ride through the Taco Bell drive thru at midnight but the fact that I have to air fry my order after my 5minute drive home is kind of depressing likee~

This location has terrible service. Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken was an unplanned stop for food this afternoon. So when I arrive, no one is at the counter to take my order. This is normal, by the way. You can’t have good service here because the staff is too busy talking or two people tag teamibg a taco. I thought it took one person to make one, but here is like watching 12 people screw in a light bulb. Since the pandemic, quite a few places have gone back to providing good service, and this location is no exception. open or have closed down. So late at night, the options are limited. This location serves both Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken items from their menu. I decided that KFC’s menu would suffice to quell my appetite tonight. I ordered a 3 piece chicken box. A breastcand teo legs with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Well, I received my order with no utensils, and off course, there weren’t any outside of the counter. Unfortunately, the decline of this establishment is obvious, and I wouldn’t recommend it in good consciousness.

Absolute worst Taco Bell/KFC I’ve ever been to. Can’t give less than 1 star or I would. Spent 20 mins waiting on my $30 order, see photos. Food was horrible. The chicken tenders look to be 1/2 the size of the photo on the menu. The big box of 5 tenders is a joke for $15!!? The fries were soggy and tasted stale. My Taco Bell bean burrito tasted like the beans were stale, the taco was crushed in the bag, and the beef of another burrito was almost non existent but there was plenty of sour cream. My kids and I had to throw out the food it was so bad. While waiting for our food customers were waiting in line so long they decided to leave. Do everyone a favor and close this location, it’s disgusting.

Taco Bell/KFC store #K071149 clearly has no idea what they are doing. I’ve been there three times and my order was incorrect all three times and they attempted twice today to get my order correct and it was an epic fail both times. I’ve ordered Quesalupas all three times and the first picture was what I got and to top it off all of the staff argued with me that it was a quesalupa and clearly it’s not. The second picture was their remake to try and get it right and it was so soggy and grease laden that I could barely stomach to eat it. So I spent $8 and had almost nothing to eat, I had to quit after getting through half of their remake because of the grease. They clearly don’t know how to make their own food, the manager had no idea that it was supposed to have two outer shells with cheese in between and I even showed him a photo of it. It’s surprising that people don’t take pride in their work anymore even if it is being an employee of Taco Bell, SMH.

I even ordered the food while I was still paying, and it’s usually done by then.
I got a grilled chicken burrito meal, but it came out completely undersized. My taco was split at the bottom and had much less meat than I would expect, leaving a huge brim of unfilled taco. That was quite upsetting.

My food was fresh and good. I was pleased that they brought back the wedges. I hated the French fries at KFC. Although, my meal was soo freaking expensive. $30 for KFC is insane.

Is there some reason they always have an attitude and can be heard huffing and puffing through the speaker? Literally just pulled up and had most of our order ready to go and they still huffed. Maybe get a new job if this one is too difficult for you or at the very least turn off your mic before you go off to sound so inconvenienced. Its every time too. This isnt even a one off. To the point im changing my review to lower the stars. Its a shame.
