Really great food and a memorable meal. I ordered the Blackened Plate with mac and cheese, corn ribs, rice, blackened shrimp, and catfish. Everything was very flavorful and cooked well. The seasoning on the shrimp and catfish was excellent and the sides paired perfectly with the plate.
We also tried the Cajun fried rice which had a unique flavor and was very enjoyable. These are the types of meals you keep thinking about weeks later.
This place feels like a hidden gem in Harlingen. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something different and delicious.

The food is absolutely delicious! And they make it fresh! So I love that. Definitely refreshing to have Cajun, something new to me. The first time I went, there was a lady and a guy, they were pretty busy so the service was a Little cold. But the second time there was a different guy instead of the lady and his service made up for the first time! I wish they served drinks though. But this will be a new spot for me!

OMG, this food was AMAZING! This place deserves a long line every single night. Everything we tried was packed with flavor. The blackened chicken mac and cheese was unreal, super creamy mac with perfectly seasoned chicken. The corn ribs were hands down the best I’ve ever had, and the barbacoa egg rolls were pure perfection.
Ordering was super easy, our food was ready quickly, and the portions were HUGE. Honestly, you can’t find food this good at any local restaurant. We’ll absolutely be back!

This place is amazing I got to eat their food at Los Fresnos where they were setup at for the Rodeo. I will be going to Harlingen next to eat where there business is at. They were very friendly and serve generous portions. I want to go back and try their shrimp boil next time. I had there Cajun Fried Rice that was so Good & my wife had the Voodoo Egg Rolls they were Great as well everything was kinda spicy but that’s Cajun Food for you. it was not too spicy just perfect. Thank you for the Great Food, Service.

Wow, this place is amazing! I feel so dumb not knowing it was literally around the corner from my house. I’m a huge fan of Cajun comfort food and this spot made me feel like I wasn’t even in the Valley (which I love!). If you’re in Harlingen, you HAVE to try it. Plus, the customer service was awesome. I’m definitely going back often!

Holy moly!!! How did I not know this place existed! Discovered it totally by accident! This food truck sits in the parking lot of the Fairfield Hotel off Nevada & Frontage in Harlingen. Omg! It was superb! We had the voodoo egg rolls, the spicy bayou burrito, and the catfish etouffe! EVERY. SINGLE. BITE. WAS. SO. GOOD!!! I’ll be back often! Moderately priced, hardy servings, friendly service!

So good .. the food felt fresh, not greasy and delicious, and reasonably priced – what else would you ask for?! (We got the protein bowl and blackened meal). We took the food into the bar of the Marriott in whose parking lot the food truck sits, and were able to enjoy it with drinks. Highly recommend this eatery.

This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint, definitely a must try! Every bite was amazing, rich, savory a little spicy, not too much very well balanced. The portions were generous enough to fill me up and take some home. Definitely coming back!
