Ordered at the kiosk and waiting a good bit. They were really busy. Spent an easy $50 for horrible tacos! The soft shells were just falling apart and breaking. They were over packed and meat was ridiculously greasy. We were completely disgusted.
I call the store and asked for a manager to let them know how the food was. I spoke with a Derek who claimed he was the manager. After I explained how our food was, he waiting and said “what would you like me yo do about?” Very rude and disrespectful. Would not give me a corporate number and hung up on me. I will not be going back there! Not worth it! There are better tacos in town.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it literally didn’t have NO chicken also they forgot one of my items I had to ask for it over all really bad service.

Food wasn’t fully cooked. They cole slaw was very watery. The service sucks. They were not busy waiting for a cashier for. Decided to do kiskis. Got my order forgot to give me my cups for my drinks and also forgot my ranch.

Ordering and getting my food was quick and easy. The lady who took my order made it an easy process and she ensured that my order was correct. I would definitely recommend this location to receive good food and great service. Fast food or not great service is hard to come by in the restaurant industry these days IMO.

They do not have there priorities straight. Great food. But should not have taken 30mins for me to get my food. You are suppose to be fast food. Very disappointed in the lack of teamwork. They all were confused and didn’t know where their orders were.
