I wanted to give a special mention to Josh, Ruby, and Ethan. This crew was so kind to myself and family. We drove a long way for a necessary grocery run and ended up coming in later than it’s polite too. This crew was very understanding and kind in serving us despite us showing up so close to closing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Craig the night manager He gave me absolutely perfect service and was kind the entire time. He was very helpful and engaged in conversation with me and my brother the whole time bringing smiles to our faces. The person who cooked our food, Angelina was very sweet and cooked our food to perfection. This was a complete OMG experience and I will 100% recommend everyone to come eat here. We even took a picture with them! Craig and Angelina you guys were awesome!! I will definitely be back.

Food was so delicious! My first time here and I’m already friends with the amazing staff that helped my brother and I. Angelina the grill master made our food fresh and to perfection! Meanwhile Craig was telling us recommendations, telling jokes and being an all around great guy, loved it here.

I haven’t had a philly cheese steak like that in years. The business is ran by a level headed dude from the area and he’s super chill. He used fresh cuts and grilled it right in front of me. And I felt like I was one of the regulars. Definitely my go to place while stopping though Cody!

The staff was so friendly! Customer service was top notch.
It appeared they were training new staff so the line was a little slow but we can all relate and empathize with that.
$20 for a large sandwich and cookies. Wish we could have added some toppings to our hot sandwich but that’s okay.
They are so popular they need a bigger space and some more seating! Other that that 10/10!

We had the great pleasure of visiting Jersey Mikes in Cody when we were traveling to Yellowstone National Park. We were so impressed with the friendliness and kindness of the staff there. They were so professional and helpful. Our sandwiches were delicious, and they were so quick to get them to us. (even though there was a line almost out the door). we will definitely be back!!

These guys are great, and have amazing food they are busy and are still fast even with the line. Can’t say enough good things about the crew in this store. The managers are top notch. Love that they talk to you the entire time you are in the store and make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend the 13 Mike’s Way. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks for the great experience.

So I went in today because in my email I got a coupon for a free sub and a drink for my birthday but oddly enough it said in Canadian locations only which I thought was strange because I have it as located I’m in the US but the manager I forgot her name she was absolutely amazing and so were the two other ladies up front they help me find a way around the coupon so I could still get my birthday sandwich and drink a big thank you to you lovely women! Made my birthday amazing

I’ve eaten here probably 7 times all ready and always love it. Their service is a lot faster now also which I appreciate. Pro tip: order the #99 sandwich off the secret menu. It’s a warm steak and with chipotle sauce. AMAZING
