Crazy how the service here sucks I came and bout two chicken little ask for cheese and Joshua charged me two dollars and he nvr added the cheese cashier Joshua R. I had a coupon for $5.99 3-piece tender combo. I was only charged $5.64 because they didn’t know how to input the coupon.
The food wasn’t great. Tenders are tiny now. Mashed potatoes and gravy also very small container. And they no longer offer wedges so I got the mashed potatoes. Did not want fries. Everybody has fries. Mashed potatoes tasted ok. A least hot. The 3 tiny tenders were over cooked, hard, chewy and not very hot. Pepsi was great! Can’t get that anywhere else anymore.
This meal would have come to over $10 if it weren’t for the coupon. Would not get this again even with a coupon and certainly not worth $10.

First, the cashier was Kimora. At least that is what the receipt says. A young man, he was very polite and helpful. Without saying anything, he gave me the Senior Discount. I have mixed feelings about that. It was very thoughtful and I wish more people would take initiative instead of just plodding through their work tasks. However, that means that I LOOK like a Senior. I mean, I am a Senior, but I like to prefer people to be incredulous when I tell them my age. 🙂
The food was delicious. For the 4 piece chicken tender meal seen in the picture, I paid 11.06 before tax. A non-senior would pay 12.29.
3 Notes:
1. My food was ready 12 minutes after I ordered. A bit long for fast food. I was not in a hurry, so it wasn’t an inconvenience that time. It was 3 pm and not overly busy.
2. The fries were more greasy than other fast food fries. I LIKE greasy fries, so this is not a negative… just letting you know in case you don’t want greasy fries.
3. This was not enough fries for a 7 year old. Seriously. If this is a corporate decision, someone needs to educate corporate that if someone orders a 4 piece meal that comes with a refillable medium drink, the fries should be at least a medium… pretty obvious to me.
I would have given them a 5 if there had been more fries.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Had a mobile order, was the only person waiting for food, it was two luxe cravings boxes with no mods, and one Doritos locos taco. That’s it. Waited 10 mins at the drive thru window. Get 5 mins home, everything is ice cold somehow. Burritos and crunch wraps have 1/2 tbsp of beef. Absolutely bare no toppings no nothing. Complete waste of money when I get absolutely nothing of what I paid for and just an empty tortilla.

I cannot describe how horrible the experience was! I came in to get an order and I kept getting an attitude from one of the employees (not exactly sure what the name was, might have been Melany) at the taco bell section. I asked simple questions about the menu and i got eye rolls from the employee. So unprofessional and needs restaffing immediately. Will be contacting headquarters.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I waited over 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive-through, hoping someone would take my order. Despite waiting patiently, no one responded. Eventually, I decided to drive up to the window, only to see an employee completely disengaged and texting on their phone.
To top it off, when I drove around to investigate further, I saw a group of employees just standing around, chatting with each other, oblivious to customers waiting for service. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed a complete disregard for customer service.

20 minutes to get our Taco Bell order and it was wrong.I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and was given a beef burrito with tortilla strips in it. Luckily I’m not vegetarian and just like beans but that could make an actual vegetarian sick.

Just a heads up if you want KFC its not here anymore. Just found out this past weekend btw. I had to go out to Bloomfield only to get the spicy chicken wings that I didn’t order.
