Had family visiting from out of town and we suggested eating here as it’s great for larger size parties without having to call ahead/reserve space. Overall service and food was great, but I specifically wanted to shout out the bartender working tonight. I ordered the This and That, which comes with a smokey whiskey. I’ve had smokey whiskeys before, but apparently this one is on a whole different level, it almost reminded me of a mezcal type flavor profile. It was not the right drink for me, we mentioned something to the bartender and she offered to remake it with a different whiskey and apologized for not mentioning how smokey it can be. She wasn’t in the wrong, yet went out of her way to correct it and make the customer happy. I was very grateful for the above and beyond actions she took to make sure I had a drink I enjoyed. Thank you so much and we will continue to enjoy eating and drinking here.

We actually ended up at Clubhouse 66 by chance after being stopped in traffic from an accident nearby, and we’re so glad we did! Our waitress, Leanna, was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. She even gave us a heads-up about the mosquitos outside, so we decided to stay indoors, which made the evening much more comfortable.

Leanna made excellent recommendations, including the steak “Agua Caliente” (I might be getting the name a little off, but it was delicious!). We also enjoyed a great glass of wine, and the lemon butter cake was the perfect sweet finish to the night.

Such a lucky find—great food, amazing service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Good was great and portions were generous. The service of the staff was excellent. We went on a Thursday during happy hour and the atmosphere was relaxed and upbeat. We would love to return.

The atmosphere was that of a typical sport bar. But it looked like there was a really nice patio. But while I was there, there was a wedding party that had reserved the patio so I was unable to take a closer look at it ordered the 66 burger came with cheddar cheese. It was excellent. A little messy but worth the mess. The burger came with fries, which also were delicious.

Every year after the Glendora All Class Reunion Picnic in October, members of the graduating class of 1969 aim to meet up for a more intimate visit at Club House 66. We started it the weekend of our 50th High School Reunion with dinner the night before our formal gala. We had our 70th birthday on the beautiful patio there 2 years later with a wonderful buffet dinner. We no longer have a committee planned reunion but we have committed to trying to make the Annual All Class Picnic and then having a no host gathering on the Club House 66 patio. This year there were 14 of us,74 year old, coming by after a day at Finkbiner Park to have drinks and dinner on a warm Indian Summer night to reminisce with childhood friends. Our server was Ruth and she was delightful and her team made us feel like royalty. They set up the table to greet the group and kept the drinks flowing , the water glasses full and brought us delicious food as we ordered it thoughout the night. Ruth made sure we each had our own bill. We didn’t even have to ask. We interacted with the other friendly families out on the patio and we all felt like we had come “home”.
It was the perfect ending to a great day spent laughing about childhood memories and our journeys into adulthood.
We will be back next year and plan to celebrate our Class of 1969’s 75th Birthday right there on that picturesque patio.
Thank you Clubhouse 66, Ruth and the whole team who made us feel so special. ♥️

Wow! The service was outstanding. Everyone that worked in the restaurant was at our service if we needed anything. The food was phenomenal. A great variety – the cooks were exceptional! I was not disappointed with any aspect of our dinner. It was a joy to experience. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. They got a good thing going there at Clubhouse 66!

Tried happy hour, bit disappointed $6 starters ok but 4 wings (huh?) and small mostly deep fried skin; pizza ok; $5 beer (hazy ipa) was ok not stale; waiter was great; quiet venue could barely hear what sounded like boom box in corner playing 90s rock lol

Small portion of food, good service.
This old and famous restaurant is located right off the historical Highway of Rout 66.
The parking is plenty and easy. Inside of the restaurant, it is very cold due to the strong air conditioner, so we decided to sit outside. When I saw the beautiful and unique fire place, I asked that if I could have the fire place on, the waitress kindly said :” Yes.” The ambience was so warm and inviting and I felt very comfortable. The menu was most American food, with emphasized on steaks. However, the prices were very much above the average, such as 30 to 50 dollars, so I ordered a Jumbo shrimp pasta. I thought that Jumbo shrimp was supposed to be bigger than the large shrimp, even if they only give me 4 pieces of it. However, I was wrong. I only got a few pieces of large shrimp. The pasta was delicious and the shrimp was OK, but this was really not a Jumbo shrimp plate but a large shrimp plate. Plus, it costs almost 30 dollars for a medium amount of food, with no salad or vegetables, but two pieces of salty and greasy bread. Well, at least the outdoor patio was spacious and peaceful, with a lot of trees around it, made me feel that I was out of the city. Before long, I was bit by mosquitoes and I was feeling very irritated, so we had to retreat inside of the restaurant. The deco was sporty with a lot of display of Football and Baseball themes, so I felt the old glory of the famous Rout 66.
