Went into the location, yall had 3 people on, and a 4th stumbled in with a scowl on her face right before I left.
At 10:59 I bought the $9 Luxe Box, on 2/12/26 for take out, brought it home and that was my first mistake.
The Dorito taco was cold and broken once I got it out of the wrapper, whatever.
The normal taco, was once again, cold, and the taco shell was stale, couldn’t even eat it.
Now the Grilled Cheese Steak Burrito was the worst. First off all the cheese stuck to the wrapper, so much for the grilled part, the whole thing was cold, took 2 bites and couldn’t even stomach the rest.
At about 1:15 I threw up the small amount I ate. I can no longer trust this place is giving good food, and would just recommend the Hogan rd location. If I couldve given 0 stars. I would have.

I paid for a taco. Not 1/8th of one. Ridiculous. Not only that, we had to go back thru the drive thru because they didn’t put one of our meals on there. Flattest taco I’ve ever seen where is the rest of my beef?

Can’t rate the food because we never got any. We were there at 7:30 and there was a long line of people waiting to order. We waited in line for 10 minutes when someone asked the guy making food what was taking so long and he said there were a lot of door dash orders. That’s the last time he looked at us. People started leaving. We stood at the counter for another 15 minutes watching them making orders for door dash while ignoring the people waiting in line. There were only 3 guys working and I get they were busy but they did not look at any customers standing at the counter or seem in any hurry to make the orders they already had. They kept checking the computer for more online orders. There was garbage and wrappers and chicken buckets on the floor in the prep area. We finally left. Worst franchise experience I have ever had.

Went there today and picked up an 8-piece bucket of chicken and Beefy Nachos. The nachos were great. They were made the right way and had plenty of toppings. The nachos get a five-star rating for me. I’m afraid the chicken does not. It gets about a one. The chicken was very greasy. I don’t know if it just came out of the fryer and wasn’t allowed to drain or what, but it was greasy. The girl at the counter was pretty crabby, but I’m just thankful to have somebody take my order and not have to use the kiosks.

As we walked in, just inside the first door someone had dropped their food,it was outside the box and smooshed. I let the cashier and their supervisor. It was still there when we left. Most,if not all tables were dirty. Bathroom needed trash emptied,and floor done. The scene behind the counter was chaotic. Multiple employees that seemed to constantly be in someone’s way,or duplicating orders. I was initially handed two drink cups,one of our drinks needed to be made behind the counter,the other was milk. I returned the cup and reminded him the other drink was milk. He went and got the milk and handed it to me. ( The young man who handled our order was pleasant and clearly trying. ) My granddaughter and I went and sat down. My husband collected our food when it was eventually ready. Ultimately a different young man had started putting it together, and included another milk. BBQ sauce wasn’t included. And our granddaughters burrito had to be eaten with a spork, because it hadn’t been wrapped correctly and was all over the wrapper. Having worked in fast food and experience doing inspections, lack of training for the person in charge appeared to be the largest factor. ALL employees were constantly busy and were pleasant. If the restaurant wants better survey results they need to make sure their staff are supported well to be successful.

Broadway Bangor location. Not going to lie I get food here more often than I should. They have been consistently going down hill. Tonight I had enough. Supreme tacos weren’t supreme, missing sauce, tastes like starry needs to be changed out back too. Kid that handed us the bag of food was nice everything else was disappointing. The line moved quicker tonight than other times I’ve gone through. I would have gladly waited to receive correct food.

If i could give a neg review i honestly would. A reason why the 17th store! Me and my brother pulled up after working all day to get the number 11 and the combo 9$ meal i get thr chicken instead of beef and got beef 1 burrito instead of the 2 and it was in a ball i called and the maneger did not care! I said i will be going to get a refund tmrw! Then opened my brothers taco and it was thrown in the bag!! I get it we all work and have a job but honestly do better you can not be proud of that work!

I was there on Friday, 12/26. The man taking our order was clearly irritated from the moment he started taking our order at the drive-thru speaker. I recognized his voice right away because he has been rude to us in the past. When I pulled up to pay, he glared at us over his glasses. My debit card had expired and he told me my card was declined. I was surprised and grabbed another debit card, which he aggressively took from my hand. He said, “It’s not my fault you have insufficient funds.” I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to get one so I asked for a manager at the next window. The manager told me she had several complaints about this man and she was sorry. How many complaints does it take before you realize you have an aggressive jerk speaking directly to your customers and representing your company? Do better.

Paper towels. Manger said they were completely out . Staff behind counters were not rude but not friendly. Drink station was a mess with spilled sodas all over the counter. Starry was out. Floors behind counters were dirty. Fried chicken wasn’t hot.

99% of the staff is fantastic and friendly, best tacobell in Bangor, there is one young woman who works the front counter that is so horrendously awful with her soft skills and customer service the gentleman behind me in line left the building after speaking with her for under 15 seconds. If your job is making you that miserable and you are young why would you not readjust your career trajectory? She needs to find a non customer facing role no doubt.
