During a snowstorm, I ordered three meals and drove 30 minutes home before discovering that my $8 sandwich (the one meal meant for me) was completely missing.

I called the restaurant, and instead of simply refunding the item, I was told I’d have to drive back in person… in a snowstorm. Wasting time and gas for their error.
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a customization issue or a small oversight. They forgot an entire meal. Out of three. Somehow the one that mattered most.

This is becoming a pattern with food service lately. Higher prices, lower care, zero accountability. At this point, it’s not even about the $8. No big deal right? I’ll just make a sandwich myself now I guess. But it’s about the expectation that customers should eat the cost, the inconvenience, and the risk just to fix someone else’s mistake.

Absolutely not worth the money, the time, or the frustration. Check your orders or don’t even bother at all. Better yet, make your own food, because you’re the only one that actually cares.

Went to Culver’s and they completely screwed up my order. Yes, they were busy — I get that. I called afterward and was told by a manager to come back next time I was in the area, and they took my name.

I come back today and suddenly that means nothing. The “manager” Grace tells me they can’t do anything because it’s been over a day. So which is it? Don’t tell customers you’ll fix a mistake if you have zero intention of honoring it.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They mess up orders, make promises, then backtrack. Highly do NOT recommend this location.

Culver’s is one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I usually order a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink or substitute for the concrete mixer of the day (Make sure to specify that you want sauce on your sandwich, otherwise it comes plain with tomato and lettuce). In my experiences, the food has always been fresh and delicious.

The buildings themselves tend to be dimly lit inside, so I prefer to order from the drive-thru and eat somewhere else.

Service is always prompt and very friendly. You order at the drive-up menu (or at the front counter inside the restaurant) and are given a number plaque while you wait for your food, then you are instructed to drive up and wait on the side of the building or seat yourself at a table inside. A server will bring your food to you when it’s ready and take the number plaque back.

I gave service 3 stars only because the young guy that took my order was very polite and he did his part just fine but I deducted 2 because the guy that was seemingly in charge was a mess. He was snapping at the employees in front all customers and it was uncomfortable. They didn’t deserve it as they were all working very hard and with a smile. I ordered a butter burger, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo. As shown in the pic that’s not even close to what I received. I know the burgers are usually a little crunchy around the edges, but this was insane. So dry, I just threw it away. I live 300 miles from this store and our Culver’s have good food, every time. This was just sad to see.

First Culver’s butter burger and it was amazing! The lady there was running her butt off! Amazing service and good prices. Nice staff and clean. We will be returning! I love seeing the atmosphere I saw there today and it says alot. Saint Ignace residents and I am anticipating the next visit.

One of our favorite places to stop and grab a quick pint of ice cream for a treat at home.
We enjoy their 4 for $12. Because then we can all get our favorite flavors. It’s nice that it is labeled when packed and Enjoy By date.
Easy access, plenty of parking,
Friendly service, clean restrooms.

I ordered the pub burger with fries. The fries were hot and very good but the burger was dry. It looked appealing but no flavor

Had a problem with my order, earlier in the year and someone from the restaurant called me to see what she could do to make it right. I received a voucher for a free sandwich. Fantastic customer service

Very polite and smiling individuals work there, great job. Atmosphere is classic and spotless. I had a kids meal, included a yummy (not mass produced) cheeseburger with all the fixings. Definitely recommend (even though it is a chain) close to Mom and pop style yummies.
