I called the restaurant, and instead of simply refunding the item, I was told I’d have to drive back in person… in a snowstorm. Wasting time and gas for their error.
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a customization issue or a small oversight. They forgot an entire meal. Out of three. Somehow the one that mattered most.
This is becoming a pattern with food service lately. Higher prices, lower care, zero accountability. At this point, it’s not even about the $8. No big deal right? I’ll just make a sandwich myself now I guess. But it’s about the expectation that customers should eat the cost, the inconvenience, and the risk just to fix someone else’s mistake.
Absolutely not worth the money, the time, or the frustration. Check your orders or don’t even bother at all. Better yet, make your own food, because you’re the only one that actually cares.
I come back today and suddenly that means nothing. The “manager” Grace tells me they can’t do anything because it’s been over a day. So which is it? Don’t tell customers you’ll fix a mistake if you have zero intention of honoring it.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They mess up orders, make promises, then backtrack. Highly do NOT recommend this location.
The buildings themselves tend to be dimly lit inside, so I prefer to order from the drive-thru and eat somewhere else.
Service is always prompt and very friendly. You order at the drive-up menu (or at the front counter inside the restaurant) and are given a number plaque while you wait for your food, then you are instructed to drive up and wait on the side of the building or seat yourself at a table inside. A server will bring your food to you when it’s ready and take the number plaque back.
We enjoy their 4 for $12. Because then we can all get our favorite flavors. It’s nice that it is labeled when packed and Enjoy By date.
Easy access, plenty of parking,
Friendly service, clean restrooms.
