⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The World’s Most Beautiful Taco Bell? Absolutely.
If there was an award for the “Best Scenic View” at a fast-food location, the Pacifica Taco Bell Cantina would win it hands down. It is honestly an experience just to be here.

The Atmosphere
We visited on a day with unusually perfect weather: no fog, just blue skies and a stunning sunset. The location is literally right on the beachfront. Whether you sit indoors or grab a spot on the outdoor patio, you get front-row seats to the ocean and can watch the surfers doing their thing. It’s a vibe you just don’t get at a standard drive-thru.

The Crowd & Logistics
Because this is arguably the “best” Taco Bell, be prepared for a crowd.
Seating: It was packed when we went (easily 100+ people inside), so finding a table took a little patience.

Parking: There is a huge parking lot, but on weekends it fills up fast. You might have to circle a bit, but it’s manageable.
Pricing: The menu prices are definitely higher than your average location, but considering the million-dollar view, it is completely worth it.

The Food
Surprisingly, the food quality lived up to the hype. My order came out hot and fresh—which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case at other locations.

Verdict
Great energy, warm food, and unbeatable sunset views. If you are in Pacifica, this is a must-stop.

How can I put into words how incredible this Taco Bell is. It’s perfect, it’s bliss, it’s REMARKABLE. There’s truly nothing more epic than enjoying a beefy 5 layer on the beach while washing it down with a most excellent baja blast. Did I mention the nuggets? Straight fire. Make this your Taco Bell Pilgrimage and see it through because it’s incredible.

Perhaps the most important, and famous Taco Bell Cantina in the country or maybe even the world for that matter! People come to this location from all over the world to visit this Taco Bell Cantina…But for me, and since I’ve seen the ocean from every direction… I’m here for the Tacos, to be exact, the Taco Bell Tacos de Carnitas!
5 stars and worthy of a two hour drive!

Wow this has to be the best Taco Bell ever! It’s along the coast with not only a spectacular view but an outside deck! Even better, it has a whole side of the inside restaurant as a pub! You can order drinks and hang out on the deck and watch the waves! Once you visit you only want to go back!

This is one of the best-looking Taco Bells with its own bar accompanied by a beautiful beach view. The lines can be pretty long and the wait for food is also pretty long, giving false claim to the term “fast food”! Parking is plentiful on the day we visited.

OMG – this is the BEST Taco Bell EVER!!!

First, the location. Right on the damn beach! Hello! You can literally sit on the back deck and watch the surfers.

Second, it’s a CANTINA meaning DRINKS! We ordered the slush with double shots. I was impressed they had some decent options for vodka (Tito’s or Goose).

Third, while it is CRAZY BUSY the service is FAST! We ordered at the kiosk and we had our food in no time! I was so impressed at how quickly we received our food. There was a hiccup with one of our tacos (steak instead of chicken) but they fixed it right away.

I’ve been waiting forever to make the drive to this location (we live about 1.5 hours away) and it was totally worth it! Can’t beat a beautiful drive up the coast and some amazing Taco Bell!

The food is just your run of the mill taco bell. I had a Mexican pizza and a Baja blast margarita. It was as good as taco bell can be. To be honest though the location and the views are what make this place special. It was so awesome watching people surf while having a cheap lunch and a drink. Hopefully they keep this place a taco bell and don’t turn it into a pretentious fancy restaurant, as it’s a great place to grab a cheap bite to eat while enjoying the beautiful NorCal ambience.

This appeared to be a well run Taco Bell. Being on the beach is what makes it so special. The two public bathrooms were accessible without a code, they were busy and yet they were clean.
The lobby was clean and well-maintained. The food was typical Taco Bell. So, if you like Taco Bell you will like it here.
The views are stunning and for that alone it is worth a visit.

There is no reason to NOT stop here. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon but there was no waiting in line or for a table. The food was what I had anticipated, no surprises and then I found out there is even alcoholic slushies!! The views from the deck are stunning, there is a variety of high bar or table seating to enjoy it. There are heat lamps, public restrooms (accessed from the deck) and a joyful atmosphere. Who could be miserable here

Once inside, we headed to the self-service machines and ordered the first round of burrito and nachos with an IPA. It came up to $17. We collected our IPA at the counter and were introduced to the bottom-up magnetic cup where the beer enters the cup from the bottom via a magnetic valve when pressed down. We then read that the pros of this system is that it would be faster than traditional draft taps and that it would avoid beer wastage with a faster rate of filling up the cup. The only “con” we saw was that there was no head for the beer which some beer lovers enjoy.

We took our burrito and nachos outside to enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean. It was windy but if you take one of the seats with the heater, it was perfect. Here, you’ll be able to see surfers, mostly beginners, trying to catch the waves…
