The food is good, it’s taco bell so dont expect anything gourmet, it gets the job done and is tasty. I have never had any major problems. Just the area is pretty sketchy at times, and there are people that are sometimes not in their right mind that hang outside, they don’t bite or anything, just be aware of your surroundings.
I am a shorter guy, so if I haven’t had any issues, then you as a person, especially in a group, should be fine.
I love thatcher are open pretty late and the staff their is pretty chill and reliable. Good and generous people.

I come here a lot cause I work close and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Music always blaring ridiculously loud and portions are always horrible like this . Do better .

They both work very hard and clean and maintain the area safe. I am very grateful that I have met them here. They both deserve a raise. Stopped by to take my grandson to grab a bite to eat. Upon entering, the atmosphere was very nice and cool. However, the floor was extremely dirty. It kind of put me off… I almost wished I could ask them for a mop so I could clean it for them LOL. The bad thing about it was that IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES COULD HAVE CLEANED IT UP IN A ZIP. Other than that, they were playing nice music in the background. My grandson received his order in a very timely manner and enjoyed his meal.

We went in at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night after a long day at the convention center. We ordered online ahead of time. They probably should have shut down online ordering for the night (if they can even do that). Those poor employees got bombarded with online pick up orders. For a moment, there was only 1 employee filling the orders. Finally 2 more employees stepped in to help. The employees were telling customers that orders were going to take 20 to 25 minutes to fill. But because all orders are either online or at the kiosks, you couldn’t get a refund. The trash cans will overflowing. And they were out of ice. They did offer free frozen drinks in place of the ice.

I love Taco Bell but this is not the one to go to. I went during lunch time on a weekday. My order had three items, they only included one. I had to go up and wait again for the rest of the items. The inside of the store was dirty and the tables hadn’t been cleaned. Compounding the table situation, there were unhoused people sleeping at two of the tables. I tried to eat at the outdoor patio but the door was locked. I ended up sharing a table with someone else. This location needs new management.

A taco bell that serves beer and other alcohol drinks…what more could you want! It’s perfect for pregaming if your going to Mortgage Matchup Center or Chase Field for a ball game since it’s only a block away. Much cheaper beer here than at the stadiums.

second time ordering here for lunch and each time i ordered ahead to ensure a speedy pick up to return right back work but both times there was a wait, longer than when the website said it would be ready mind you, with people who came in and ordered way after me getting their orders before mine, i don’t understand their system. coming back to add that they put meat on my vegetarian mexican pizza
