***WARNING YOU’LL GET FOOD POISONING***
Long time lover of Taco Bell but have had terrible experiences ONLY at this location.
Always have some issue with the food not being right, food missing or cold or the people on the speaker not understanding what’s available on their menu. For example, when I went to get that new franks red hot taco, they said they didn’t serve that and came back around to retract that statement (not a big deal but whatever)
More recently, my husband and I got severe food poisoning, and I’m pregnant mind you, we have been going #2, throwing up and having body anches almost instantly and throughout the night.
Be forewarned about their food standards here. I get it’s Taco Bell, but food poisoning really?
Last straw for us at this location since we gave it so many chances in hopes it was just one off moments. I rather drive to the Tinley location where they always get the food right, food is hot and never gave us food poisoning.

I gave this place a good review at first, but I’m taking it back. My orders have been wrong and the last time I went, there was a girl working the drive-through window that had more dried crusted snot on her face than any toddler I’ve ever seen in my life. She looked like patient zero of a pandemic. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t want my food. How no employee pointed this out to this person is beyond me. Or how she herself, didn’t think to wipe her face before touching people’s food. How could you hand a person their food like that? Don’t think I’m going back. Get it together

Today I had a bad experience at this place. I went there to get some food worth almost $70 at around 12 midnight we order everything in veg but she gave us beef taco plus I asked the girl 2-3 times about souces and she said it’s already in it but I didn’t get any of em so why she lied about it when I got home I’m furious about it.worst place to get food from.

Ordered delivery – was not expecting the “crunch” of the Doritos Cheesy Gordita crunch was going to be the cardboard container the taco shells come in. Cheese was melted from the soft shell to the cardboard inbetween that and the hard shell.
