I recently visited this Taco Bell, and while the food was typical of the brand, the service left much to be desired.
The staff was unengaged, ignoring customers and speaking with a rude tone for no reason. The music blasting in the background didn’t help, creating an unprofessional vibe.
To top it off, this is the first Taco Bell I’ve been to that charges for water cups. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I ordered my food 40 minutes ago and when I finally got my order, an entire meal was missing from my bag. I asked the cashier and clarified multiple times on what I wanted. When I finally received my bag, it was missing. Waiting 40 minutes for my order is outrageous whilst also not being rung up correctly. I am immensely upset. I am still waiting as I’m typing. A young black man named Adrian and another man named Jesus were very helpful. I thank these men as they were efficient and cared for the quality of the food.

I traveled 1,399 miles to discover this location is a bootleg cantina. I go out of my way to travel to different cantinas across the country and this one is labeled as a cantina online, at the location and on the menu above the counter just for the workers to say they no longer serve alcohol and food to taste old.

I generally have a decent experience here — it’s a taco bell, it’s cheap food, it works. Yesterday I went in and got a chicken taco and, upon biting in, was met with the flavor of bacon. It didn’t advertise itself as having bacon. I generally try to avoid eating pork, but for me it isn’t a religious prohibition. That being said, if you don’t eat pork for religious reasons, definitely at least double check before eating.
