Arrived here on Wednesday evening to grab a quick bite. We ordered through the screen they had available and waited for our order. We didn’t receive any food for over 15 mins but others got theirs. We were wondering what happened, and checked at the counter again. For 2 mins no body responded and then the guy working there pointed at a tray with scattered food items in it, and said “that’s yours”. We checked the contents and it was. They could have called our name or put a sticker with our name to recognize it at the very least.
The crunch wrap supreme that I got was very soggy, not much beans, nachos were soaked, lettuce wasn’t fresh and the tortilla didn’t seem cooked. Poor food quality and reckless staff.
While we were there, the staff had misplaced orders of other customers too. This is a request to train the staff and provide fresh ingredients.
It was a disappointing experience compared to other Taco Bell locations.

Food was moldy and frozen. Location has gone extremely down hill since. Location takes 20 minutes to prepare the order and still gets the order wrong. Location is Vary disorganized and management has gone down hill. Don’t recommend visiting this location at all. They have given moldy food out for the past couple of months now.

Came here on August 16th, waited in line for like almost an hour in the drive-thru at around 10-11pm. My daughter called me from home crying because she was starving. I got our food right before 11pm, thankfully. Don’t get me wrong, I love Taco Bell and I normally have good service here but tonight was something else. The wait in line felt like they only had one worker. I saw like two employees in the building and what looked like their delivery driver who pulled up as I was leaving. I asked for more mild sauce after I got my food and felt the guy taking orders gave the sauce with attitude – understandable I guess – long line of cars and just one worker to help him. Also, would be nice to have napkins in our to-go orders once in a while or something. I just wanted to share this experience, it was the longest I’ve ever waited in a “fast-food” chain line. I still like Taco Bell, but next time I think I’ll just leave the drive-thru if it looks like it’s not moving.

The atmosphere is absolutely filthy. Maybe they’re busy, but if you’re taking only the customer satisfaction into consideration, nasty and sticky uncleaned tables everywhere with nowhere to sit. The soda fountain and tables have trash everywhere and drenched with soda and water. I might also be concered if their kitchen is clean. At least they packed my tacos! Asked for a bag so I can eat in my car instead lol

Ordered food through the drive through. The crispy chicken taco was disgusting. Looked like they smashed it with their hand, had black gunk from a nasty dirty grill or maybe the floor. Didn’t get half of what we ordered. Absolutely a disgusting place that we will not be going back to

I recently visited Taco Bell and had an extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was subpar; my tacos were soggy and lacked the usual fresh taste. The ingredients seemed stale, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual.
Overall, this visit was a huge letdown. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Taco Bell seriously needs to step up its game in terms of food quality, and customer service.

Lobby was filled with homeless people harassing me for money or food and time. Which I can understand but the experience was horrible. Food and trash everywhere in the kitchen and lobby. Like 3 people working and 20 homeless people in the lobby. People asking me for food, time, money, use my phone, and all sorts of unwelcomed comments. Terrible experience

Update: Against our better judgement, we caved and gave this location another go. Another waste of money. Tried telling the drive through staff about our plight at the time we ordered, but no luck. Included pictures of the food and receipt this time. OWNERS DO SOMETHING!
Old Review: Don’t even bother with this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You will often pull into the drive through during their “open” times and be ignored while there is obviously staff inside. Other times you will pull up just to be told that “due to staffing issues” they are only taking doordash, grubhub, and mobile orders.
THEN if you do manage to get served, you can count on any modifications you request to be completely ignored. I have probably lost a total of $30+ for all the times my extra sour cream was ignored. To add insult to injury, there usually isn’t even the standard amount of sour cream on there. Just drive a few extra miles over to the old seward location.

Every time I come to this place they have different rules! I always get 3 spicy potato soft tacos but grilled! Tonight I’ve been told they don’t do it. And never have! A quick Google search will tell you they do and it’s a very common order! This location is extremely lazy when it comes to orders!
