I am so very sad that my first meal at this great place may be my only! In the menu was a note saying they will be closing business at the end of December! I had the prime rib and I can say without a doubt it was the best, most tender prime rib I’ve ever had. Best steak still belongs to a steak House in Mason City, but the prime rib winner is here. The salad bar had some unique and amazing salads (my favorite was the pea salad). The service was unfortunately sub par. I could tell they were very busy and I’ve worked in food service, you just have off nights in service. Overall I could see this being a long time favorite it they were going to be in business longer!

They had no fruit on the salad bar at all and it’s July 14th. I got a side salad and it was just lettuce with cheese on it and my salad dressings on the side. I couldn’t believe they didn’t have tomatoes, cucumbers or eggs and black olives. Very disappointed with the salad bar. They didn’t even have soup on the salad bar.
