Genuinely whoever did nightshift dec 24 3 am dec 22nd night yk and like not to exaggerate or anything but all four of us in the car sober ate ts and agreed some of the best and beautiful tacbell we’ve all ever had whoever was in the kitchen was JUST COOKING. And personsonally only started being to eat tacobell because my mom didnt like it. I’ve been eating a decent amount of tacobell since moving out and omg Genuinely the tastiest crunchwrap and burrito supreme. They were just perfect I got the burrito out the commercial with that one I wish I took a picture but we all ate it so quickly because it was just so good

Said they were out of nacho fries at 9:30pm. When the item just came back to the chain and this location is 24 hours I find it hard to believe they didnt order enough stock for a high demand product. They didnt prep the right amount for thier shift and had none ready when ordered and didnt want to ask the customer to wait for a fresh batch because they didnt want to ruin their times in the drive through.

My husband went through the drive through to get me a chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce, drove home when I opened it the quesadilla was cold. They just added cheese and chicken don’t heat it up to melt the cheese like they normally do AND there was barely any chicken or cheese on the quesadilla and it wasn’t cut. Tried to call they didn’t answer. Went there and the doors were locked and the drive through was out to the main road.

No drinks, no bag 2/2. I called DoorDash for the bag 2 of 2, and they can’t do anything for an hour.
I went to Taco Bell myself, and they’re mysteriously, “Out of food.”
I have all this on video, recording of everyone admitting to this (Doordasher and Taco Bell Manager) and I’ll be needing a refund of 1/2 my order or I’ll need to pursue further.

This is a brand new store playing with peoples food and money trying to get people sick by sending food out that has been sitting all day or not making it fresh.. my potato’s were as hard as a rock!!! They couldn’t of been that busy as my dasher went through the line I called several times and no answer I will still bring them in tomorrow because whoever made and sent them out needs to be held accountable it’s not about the price or what I ordered it’s about NOT trying to get people SICK!!! Buy serving stale old food to customers..

-5 stars!!! Tuesday June 10th 12:15 am pulled up to the drive thru some man working the mic couldn’t patiently wait for me to order so I rushed and ordered something but wasn’t finished ordering. This man closed my order out and when I said I wasn’t done ordering he said “hurry up and order then” I drove to the window in confusion and asked to order there where he grabbed who I am assuming is the manager. Along with the manager 3 other employees were standing at the window proceeding not to take my order. Mind you all the employees had head sets on so they clearly heard me trying to order at the drive though speaker in the first place. So, I began taking pictures of them employees and was threaten to be jailed LOL. Clearly I didn’t order food as I would never eat from a restaurant that clearly is allowing their employees to lack in customer service!!

I am beyond LIVID with the customer service and the product quality of this Taco Bell. I just placed a door dash order through them, $41 of food, mind you, they forget my sauces, whatever no big deal, I go to eat my crunch wrap supreme and there is no meat in my tacos… I go to call the store and I get no answers… and when I go through door dash to file a complaint, they only offer $2 refund? Is this a sick joke? I would leave less than a one star review if I could.

This in specific Taco Bell has been there throughout anytime of the day anytime I needed it to be there for me as I was growing up as I was a teenager for the first had my very own first place and now that I’m 33 it is still there it is part of Anchorage it truly is.
