Go to any other Taco Bell but this one. They overprice items! Even their corporate office is shocked by how much more they charge on their items than other Taco Bell locations. So many things wrong with this location! Just go to any other Taco Bell but this one and save yourself money and the frustration of dealing with unkind staff. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ask for no onions extra red sauce on our burritos and got no onions no red sauce and when I went back they would not replace the one that had a bite out of it they only replace the one I ordered four of them they were all wrong and when I went back to get replacement they were rude to me told me he wasn’t going to replace anything that I had bites out of it I’m calling corporate they extremely rude And they didn’t give me a receipt

Can’t order inside for dine-in or take-out, and can’t even order on the app for mobile pickup. Only option is drive thru. They were out of like three kinds of soda, and don’t have the normal ones that Taco Bell usually has. The drink I did get was literally 75% ice. Didn’t even put napkins in the bag or hot sauce, even though they specifically asked me what kind I wanted. At least the food wasn’t cold…

I just went thru the drive thru with my sister and ordered their new wraps I order 6 wraps and a burrito & 3 drinks. The little girl at the window was rude, kept rushing my sister and when we got to the window she didn’t greet her or say her total nothing just opened the window took her card, then closed it. Then opened it gave her the card back & the bag and no receipt and whispered under her breath “b*tch” and slammed the window. NOT ONLY WAS OUR ORDER MISSING SOMETHING, but it was wrong we said light sauce and it was swimming in sauce.. I went back immediately and asked for the manger. When I walked in the girl at the drive thru looked at me laughed and then said something to the other 3 wearing a headset and they all started laughing. The “supervisor” called “Angel” over the headset and went to the back to get him then came back was like “I’m the supervisor what can I help you with? “ I told her no I want the manger, she proceeded to say “oh he left he just left” how did he leave if there’s only 2 doors? And I didn’t see anyone come out. That little girl needs to be taken out of drive thru and put to do dishes or something else because she doesn’t have customer service skills at all and neither does Angel or the other 3 girls. Angel for tell her to come tell me he just left. I need to speak with the district manager. Someone needs to retrain all these “employees “ on customer service. Especially when he gave me the cooperate number and not his mangers number like I asked.
