There’s cockroaches, the bathroom’s stink in loves truck stops.The dining area was dirty, with trash scattered across the floor and tables.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly, with some appearing to be more interested in their phones than the customers.

I stop by the Carl Cannon location every morning and every morning it will take 10-15 min to get thru the drive thru with only 1-2 cars in front of me. I can’t tell you how many times they have made me late for work and i had plenty of time for a quick stop for a drink and it take 15 min. You would think the person taking the orders was having to cook the food and run the register. This was my last time stopping at this location.

Decide to grab some breakfast after getting fuel from Loves. Egg McMuffins were hot and flavorful as they’re supposed to be. Waiting inside after ordering took longer than a regular McDonald’s visit, and drive thru was very busy.

I understand being busy, but my sandwich looks like you was mad. And I had to ask for my shake after I got my food. I didn’t want whipped topping and you put it on anyway. And now my food is cold. Not good!! I should ask for a complete remake but it took 30 mins to get a double cheeseburger after 3 other customers put a order in after me.

Stephanie, the cashier has the ugliest and most unprofessional attitude! She is rude and apparently a very unhappy person! She refused to get the manager after me repeatedly asking her to based in her conduct. I don’t believe the customer is always right and it takes a lot for me to leave a review, but this had me very upset! I also, understand that everyone can have an off day, but this was not the case! I reporting the entire experience all the way up the chain!

Just got a chicken biscuit that the chicken is so hard I cracked a tooth. When did you cook it? Last week? Happy Anniversary to me . I’m never eating here again. My husband couldn’t eat his. He threw his in the trash. I’d be better eating roadkill than this. Wasted $8 on this garbage.
