I came through the drive thru at 8:09 pm on 2/18/26. I think the young lady’s name was Seirra but my receipt says Bale C. She had blackish/brown hair with purple. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 33 years and it’s hard to find employees that really stand out and have a great personality. She was a breath of fresh air, great personality, sweet, and patient with my 8 year old who was very indecisive. I was feeling stressed out and she honestly made a difference in my day being a bit more positive. I just wanted to say thank you, you’re an amazing women ❤️

Often times I’m pretty lenient when it comes to fast food; I get the nature of the business and wanting to get your customers in and out. I usually order Taco Bell using the app to reduce the wait time. Compared to other locations, this Taco Bell has a habit of skimping on portion size which is the reason for the negative review. The two burritos I ordered had 1.5x to 2.0x LESS filling than other Taco Bell locations; the taste was also underwhelming as the rice was undercooked and a little crunchy. I may just start driving a longer commute to other locations deliberately because I’m constantly disappointed with this location’s quality and poor service.

This location has repeatedly taken exorbitant amounts of time to make their food. As someone who has worked in fast food, I tried to be pretty lenient at first, especially if they were short staffed. Even when they do have a full staff though, they take so long. Management needs to do better with staffing and direction at this location because it just keeps getting worse, not better.

Overall I’m giving them a one-star for horrible customer service. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one took my order. No one came to the counter and addressed me in any way. The manager is really need to talk to their employees about just greeting customers and vendors so they know that there’s a way and not just ignore them. That is unacceptable and I will never be going to this Taco Bell ever again. I hope it fails

Food quality is average for Taco Bell.
Simple fresco style + grilled on my order yet they still can’t follow that with all the extra time they took.
This location has something strange happening on 10/30/25. I waited 10+ minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru. Get to the window to get my mobile order and they tell me to park out front. I questioned why when there is no one behind me and he said just because the. Closed the window on me. I joined 4 other cars parked in front waiting for their drive thru order.
What is the point of doing this? Trying to clear ticket times? This was the strangest experience and very poor service.

Decide to try it again after six months of not eating here.Of not getting the right food through the drive thru decided to go in to get the food waited twenty minutes.They were helping everybody else through the drive thru first that came in way after me. They even came in and got their food that they did not get through the driver before my order was was given to me. Ask for hot fries. Got cold fries asked for that in the beginning. Taught me lesson not to go there

Terrible service and terrible workers. I will not be back to this location. Tina is very rude! I was checking in my friends mobile order and wanted to order food as well. There was nobody in line behind me and was told I needed to pull back around and through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order after she was very rude and rushed us at the ordering box.

Went in to pick up a doordash order, t no one in the store or drive-thru waited over 10 minutes and then car went into drive-thru they received their food first before I received my order that was placed well over 15 minutes before. They had not even started order. When I asked about why I didn’t get order, the cook said she was just starting it.
