It’s trash my burger is all messed up and I ordered a R44 dr pepper… got a vanilla shake instead… like come on. That isnt even close. I ordered marinara with my mozzarella sticks… didnt get that either. Ordered 3 items total. All three were wrong some how. It’s truly impressive to be honest.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this store. One time I ordered breakfast on the app (around 7am) and I went to the store just for no one to be there. I had to call corporate for a refund.
Another time I accidentally selected cherry limeade slush on the app instead of cherry. Instead of the guy just remaking it for me despite my mistake he absolutely refused to remake it. Didn’t even get my cherry fruit!

I don’t recommend this location specifically, I’ve had at least 3 bad experiences and never a good one. This last time I came just for mozzarella sticks after I’d been craving them all day just to get my order taken and repeated back correctly, then get to the window and pay and get tater tots so I let them know it’s wrong and ask for my receipt. The receipt sure enough says tater tots although the lady taking my order repeated back large mozzarella sticks! Just disappointed that my order wasn’t fixed and didn’t want to spend more money to re order.

I went today, Halloween, and Honestly I don’t usually have super high hopes for fast food customer service. Today, I was proved wrong. Jamie, I think that was my carhops name, was so so kind to my brother, offered him a piece of candy and was so friendly. She had the biggest smile and was so upbeat. She was the best customer service I have ever had at this location. Absolutely adored her and would love to have her be our car hop again.

The customer service was lacking. The responses I received were short and felt rushed, which was not helpful. Didn’t even get the chance to say thank you before they closed the window. How am I supposed to show gratitude for your work if you show that you don’t even want to be there. Your attitude says it all. This experience is not going to stop me from not coming, but if you’re going to show up for work, at least show up like you want to be there.

today feb 18th 2026 went to the drive thru sat at least 11 minute, if not more in the line, get to menu stand place my order 2 times finally get to the window only to be told they didn’t get my order, that’s it not I can take it now……..horrible experience never going back. So yes wasted about 17 minutes only to get nothing.

I pulled into one of the stalls press the button they told me to hold on after 25min 1 didn’t get to order. So I pulled out and went to the drive thru. They got my order wrong three times. I will not go back to that Sonic ever again

The Groovy Fries were great and the Lemonade Strawberry Slush was good but the fly (?) frozen into my Iced Water and the cigarette smoke smelling area really take away from the below average experience. Expect an authentic Sonic visit.

The young lady who took my order was such a sweetheart. I’m so glad she also gave me my order—she deserves a raise! Even though I came in when it was busy, I saw her moving quickly and still being nice during the rush. She cleared all the stalls by herself and always takes good care of me. her name started with the letter A don’t remember her name
