Went there today to try the new chicken bacon ranch tacos. Food took forever, which is fine because they were busy, but when we got it the tacos we were most excited for were cold. Tried to get soda, but there was no ice, no carbonation, and everything was warm. Asked a worker and she tested it saw some bubbles and said it was fine (even though it was flat). She got me a cup of ice though, which was nice. The chips tasted like chemicals, made me feel sick after eating them. My friend asked for light rice in his burrito, he got extra. Usually love Taco Bell, but I’m not going to this one again. Sorry

This the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! We ordered the new Chicken bacon ranch chalupas. We were handed 2 that were actually FROZEN!! When asked how this could happen, I was told that these come frozen, then deep fried and they sprinkle cheese on them. Made my stomach churn! Safe yourself the stomach issues, don’t bother!

This is, without exaggeration, the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever visited — and arguably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had anywhere.

The staff repeatedly ignores customers at the counter, even when multiple people are visibly waiting. When they do respond, the tone is dismissive and rude. During my most recent visit, the interaction escalated unnecessarily. An employee refused to provide their name or contact management when I requested it. When I calmly stated that I would take a photo so corporate could identify the employee for additional customer service training, the employee immediately threatened to call the police.

I told them they were welcome to do so, as I had not threatened anyone or behaved aggressively in any way. As I was leaving, staff members were filming me from the side door, which only added to how uncomfortable and unprofessional the entire situation felt.

On top of that, wait times are consistently excessive for a fast-food restaurant, and there is little communication about delays. The dining area is frequently dirty, with floors littered with debris, making it clear that cleanliness is not being prioritized.

This was not an isolated bad moment — it reflects a broader pattern of poor management, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage corporate leadership to take a serious look at this location’s operations and staff training.

I love taco bell food but this location gets our orders wrong about 50% of the time. They also informed me today that their Baja zero is normally “lighter” on syrup. I’ve attached a photo of what it looks like. It was definitely watered down.

This use to be our go to Taco Bell. Not any more. Customer service has gotten bad. Waits are long( 30 or more minutes). No sense of urgency. Employees walking around like they don’t know what they’re doing or just standing, like what do i do. Hope manager is reading reviews and will get on the employees about bad customer service. I won’t be back nor suggest this Taco Bell.

This is legitimately the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. The workers are rude and barely coherent most of the time. 20% of they time they just don’t even make your food and the other 80% your order is missing something. I have lived here for 10 years, I have yet to get a complete order from this place. When you do get the food, they WILL mess up any adjustments you made to the item, that is if it’s it’s not crushed beyond recognition. How they are still in business is an absolute shock.

Avoid this location at all cost. I went in to order at the kiosk because I ignored the red flag of the drive through looking pretty busy. 30 minutes goes by and I decide to ask one of the 6 teens working there how long they think it might be. One of them tells me 5-10 minutes.

Another 20 minutes goes by and I decide enough is enough and go for a refund. Unfortunately, 3 of the employees there have no idea how to process a refund and can’t do it. I ask for a manager and the one running the drive through telling who couldn’t be older than 18 says she can help me. I wasn’t convinced the slightest she was the manager, but she never said she was to be fair. I’m not sure that they weren’t just Weekend at Bernie’s with the real manager in the back. She struggled getting me a refund as well and finally got it on the drive through kiosk.

Out of spite for waiting nearly an hour with no food, I spent the next 20 minutes letting every person who pulled up what was happening and managed to save 47 vehicles from my fate before going home. This location needs a whole new team and new manager. It’s a lost cause otherwise.

Worst Taco bell experience ever! We made an order through the app to be picked up through the drive through. Taco Bell policy is that this process ensures order IS MADE AT TIME OF ARIVAL IN DRIVE THRU! This was not the caes, Mexican pizza and tacos were CLEARY made well in advance as they were an absolute soggy mess. Never mind those clowns forgetting to put hot sauce packets or my wife’s dbl decker taco in the bag ot my Mexican pizza looks like it fell on the ground and was picked back up… Reason number 2 while I will NEVER tip a fast food worker, you guys suck and dont care.

This Taco Bell is the slowest, it takes a good hour just to go through drive thru. It’s always busy, but they don’t keep the line moving, they wait until every person is paid and given their food instead of having you park in the front if your food isnt ready yet. Do not go inside they will not acknowledge you for at least 15 minutes. Every visit is around dinner time.
