This place is a joke. Ordered a original chicken sandwich, it was probably 2 days old. Bread was hard and smelled moldy, chicken patty was cold. This is not the first time neither. This place IS NOT good for a late night bite. Its absolutely DISGUSTING and not work near $30 for 2 regular sized meals… I left a photo of my oil soaked chicken sandwich… again DISGUSTING

The rudest customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. The employee was visibly annoyed with me and all I did was order my food and pay. The food was ice cold to the point where the cheese on my breakfast burrito wasn’t melted at all and the hash browns were cold and oily like they had been sitting all morning. This location is terrible, I recommend driving over the frandor location where the customer service is top notch!

Sat in the driveway for 15 minutes while we waited for them to finish the one order that sat at their window for the majority of the time.
When we finally ordered, we used a coupon for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a med fry, and a med drink priced at $6.99.
The cashier seemed very drowsy and like almost out of it. Slurring her words, after waiting forever and finally getting to pull up to the window we waited for another 10 min and finally received our order.
We get all the way home to find that our sandwiches are just regular cheeseburgers.
I provided pics of the burgers and the receipt.
Just save your time and money and eat at home.

The assistant manager on 02/06/2026 @ 4pm is awesome. He is very friendly and likes creating conversation. The place is clean and inviting. Also he said he loves it when people say “GO GREEN”

Normally I don’t have an issue with this place. Lately though, there’s a new manager there that needs to go. Only way to describe her is a smaller female with neck tattoos. I’ve been there twice in as many weeks and both times she blew up at customers, threw her hands in the air and said I can’t do this anymore. Then she would walk away from everyone, ignore the customers and someone else eventually comes out to take orders and then things run smoothly again with her gone. I’ve literally watched customers walk out of the store after dealing with her while waiting in line. I think I may go back each day just to see how she’s going to freak out on customers next. If she wasn’t so rude to everyone it would be even more comical. Do better BK!!

Came here at night and the guy was dirty and creepy at the window and then our nuggets had white liquid on them I am not joking. We immediately threw them away so let him know we didnt eat those. He told us to pull forward in an empty parking lot and then came out the back door to the passenger side, popping up and scaring us at the end.

Very slow. Slow to answer the drive through speaker, slow to take money, slow to get food. Took 35mins to get 3 kids meals….. thats insane. I was the only car in the drive through. Food wasn’t fresh fresh like you’d think it’d be with that wait time.

Literally the worst Burger King ever (night staff). The rude staff that seems to hate when they have to work wait to take your order till the car ahead is gone. Then once you get to place your order if they don’t make you use the mobile app they make you pull ahead so they don’t run up their window time and you have to wait 30 minutes for your food every time and it’s not even fresh
