It’s astonishing how no matter what day or time or what you order it will be wrong and take 30 minutes or more! I’ve been living here for 1 year and this location can’t seem to get good hires or management there is always ingredients that aren’t supposed to be in what you ordered mixed in, its gross I just know this place is a mess in the kitchen. I’m not expecting perfect but like this is just out of hand usually within a month at any other fast food they get rid of the problem but here no it’s been the same mess for more than a year

I never leave reviews, but this one made my night last night. First off, I’ve never ordered Cinnabon delight from this store. I ordered 12 Cinnabon delights, and let me tell you. This is the first time ive tried them FRESH, they were melting in my mouth. Whoever worked that shift after 11pm, thank you for making them fresh. You made my night. And while im here I may just as well say – this Taco Bell never once messed up my order and the food is always good. I am very happy.

Jennifer Z provided the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I asked at the counter about not getting the “2 pack” of burritos that I ordered. She made me drive around just to tell me “oh the burritos come in a “little thing together.” It doesn’t matter for me that she wasted my time but for anyone else, please beware that the staff, particularly Jennifer is untrained. I would never leave a 1 star review but she was laughing about it like a 2 year old when she came to the window.

I don’t really know how much dine+in service they see. I imagine they prioritize work by need. It is not the priority. If it is then I guess salmonella is on the horizon.
Considering I usually do take out, and it was my first time dining in– I was somewhat surprised because a lot of the tables/seats were pretty nasty and even the open tables were not being cleaned when someone routinely cleaned a window/exit next to one I turned down due to blatant disgust.
No one cleaned it during the time I was there. I mean I could see the stuff stuck to it from a ways away and it seems like thT should draw attention from the employees.
I imagine the drive thru and take out generate more business so the focus is likely more the exterior. I’m not sure is baby vomitesque dried refried beans and melted cheese on table tops and chairs will make the future more of a takeout I routine for me, but if they neglect everything that is not typically the biggest at any point in time, then how do I know how clean other things are?
Thankfully, the woman’s restroom lacks mirrors so if you use the restroom after eating at a disgusting table due to pure starvation you won’t have to look at yourself in the mirror until you’ve come to terms with it.

Jacob M gave me 3 empty crunchy tacos. Little to no beef and lettuce. It was 4 am so I don’t feel like driving back. I thought it was a joke, and proceeded to open the other 2. I should’ve just gone to the Taco Bell near my place. No wonder this place barely has 3 stars

There’s a morning manager here that doesn’t know how to work her register properly and has very poor customer service skills. After telling her a hash brown can be added to an item for 99 cents instead of separate for $1.79 because it was just done for me recently, she quailed and had no idea what to do. Upon asking her to ask her boss because I know it’s possible, she told me she’s the manager there and I could go to another taco Bell to order. She just dismissed me and refused to speak further or let me just pay the higher cost… In the app you just edit hashbrowns to “extra”… Pretty lame experience.

I come to this particular Taco Bell whenever I want to feel disappointed, let down, and enraged. BC, nothing excites me more than waiting in the drive thru line for an hour, just for them to mess up your order—and the worst part is, DT didn’t provide any condiments, even though you remind them twice.

This Taco Bell is awesome and you don’t need a stupid code to use the restrooms.

If you want to be forced to share all your personal information for a two-dollar Taco then this is your place. They literally won’t let you order like a human being. It took three employees to get somebody that spoke good enough English to explain that to me as well
