If you’re in Virginia Beach then Bobo’s is a must stop for a quick bite. The chicken is super tasty and the sides are great. My personal favorite is the mac n cheese. The ice cream is also great. All of the staff is very helpful as well and the inside is very authentic. 10/10!

I love BoBo’s, I go about two times a week.
I always get the five tender chicken with the rice and gravy with Mac and cheese, and you can’t forget the two BoBo sauces! The mashed potatoes in the winter time are also really good! They always have the best seasonal ice cream flavors that they make in house. A very homie meal whenever I go, best tot go in the winter when you need a good hot meal. Highly recommend!!! ❤️

I would consider this a fast food place, and as a fast food place it’s definitely a five-star joint. Not sure why somebody would go to any other fast food type chicken joint when there’s this around for not too much more money. And they’re giving an even better value for a couple hours a day if you go during happy hour. $6 for four full wings is taking the prices back to 2020 for a little bit

We had the five tender meal + mac n cheese/greens, as well as the two-piece drumsticks with mashed potatoes. Some of the juiciest chicken ever! Mac n cheese is VERY cheesy with a strong cheddar flavor, I think they might use freshly grated cheese. Greens were delicious and tender, and classic mashed potatoes and warm, rich gravy. We will ABSOLUTELY be back. Easy 5/5

I love the chicken. It’s great. 4 stars because only get the chicken not the meal. The sides have been reduced in size to 3 bites and not worth the cost.

Local owned fresh only and it shows! Best fried chicken! Crispy, tender, tasty! I recommend fried chicken bone in, macaroni and cheese with Brunswick stew on the side.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but for this experience I must. First, I’m not sure if this place is understaffed but it took 30 minutes to get my to go order of 5 chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Second, the portions are small and overpriced. The chicken was very dry. On a good note, the young man who took the order was very courteous and helpful.

The homemade mac and cheese was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. But the real star was the fried chicken—perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and just downright delicious. To top it all off, the homemade limeade was the perfect balance of sweet and tart, making it a must-try.

The apple bourbon milkshake was amazing! I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken thigh and leg, but the mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were both good. Everyone i went with absolutely loved it! They’ve got some really good sauces as well. Overall, great people that work there! Would recommend.

Went through the drive through after hearing about them from a friend and I must say this is definitely a 5 start restaurant. I was amazed by how good the food was. The best southern comfort food I’ve had since I was a kid and very reasonably priced. My two toddlers who are very picky about everything even loved it. Will definitely be back!
