Walking into this place (and every Taco Bell now) is like walking into a post apocalyptic hellscape. There’s no one working the front counter. Only kiosk ordering. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for an online order before a single person that worked there even acknowledged I was there. The place has one of the most negative feel bad vibes I have ever experienced. I won’t be back to this or any Taco Bell any time soon. The guilty pleasure factor is no longer worth the added depression of the gloomy experience at the restaurant…

The food is fast and they have only messed up my order a few times. I go here all the time since it’s very close to home. The food costs more then it should for the quality of food sold. It’s about the same as any other Mexican fast food place. It use to be a lot cheaper and was why I ate there a lot. Now I get a burrito almost double in size for about $1.50 more at Don Pedros and quality is somewhat better there. Nothing against Taco Bell, there’s just better places to go for same price. Bring back cheaper food and your business will increase.

Extremely unprofessional. Waiting for an order, they had me waited for over 20 mins and they had someone else stole it without me noticing. The person has the right bad attitude was the manager of the evening Taco Bell shift Tuesday evening, I just find her attitude very insincere with how she communicated with me, the level of care is very low understanding that I waited for over half hour for no reason.

The staff were very friendly even though the rush was crazy and people order a lot of food at once. There was a slight wait but it was worth it! Food was warm, well made, and shows that you guys have a good team. I appreciate you guys!

I was a shock when I passed the drive thru. Some thing crashed on outside wall. And they had a bad damage it. I’m wondering and safety issues for employees and customers. They need a fence or some warning sign at there. Anyways service is way to slow and no nacho cheese fries anymore. Next time I wanna try to other locations.

I usually get really upset, becuase for the longest time 19 out of 20 times that I would go to any Tacobell in the last 3 years the refried beans particularly on my bean burritos were, DISGUSTING! ALWAYS dry and crumbly, horrible couldn’t even eat it. My family would hold out hope that this location, or this time would be different. And we were so disappointed everytime. But recently over the past few times, it’s been so much better, the beans are fresh and creamy, and delicious. They’ve been doing so much better, twice the food has even reminded me of how it used to taste in the 90s, Amazing. The only other issue Is the normal fast food mess ups, missing or messed up order items.

Placed a mobile order on Tuesday evening, we received the wrong order. No big deal, we go back. They remake the order and give sincere apologies. The manager was screamed at the entirety of our time there by some little man child! She was able to keep her cool (most of the time, but I would’ve broke down if I was being called names too). Seems like the only times I decide not to check my bag before I leave are the times when they can’t put the whole order into the bag. So now, Im gonna sit at the window and check my bag in front of them EVERY TIME. I don’t care if there’s a long line and I’m holding it up. I’m checking off every item I ordered in front of you so when something isn’t in there, I don’t get all the way home having trusted someone who can’t fill one simple order to find out half the food is not there.
