we didn’t receive napkins or silverware. our food was not properly packaged, one of our sauces spilled everywhere. there was a note left inside to leave a review from maddie. the food was good but could’ve been handled better by restaurant staff. hope you guys can do better next time.

Really wish I could shake the hand of the cook who made my food. Food cook perfect. Waitress was pleasant and patient while I decided. But the food was great. Thanks to the chef , I couldn’t see you to say thank you, so THANK YOU, YES IM SHOUTING BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY, when you just want something to eat good hot and fresh, means everything at that time, and you dont know me but you came through and made that happen. Made me happy and after a stressfull.day I ended it with my food being just right and the stress of the day vanished.

I came in on Monday and haven’t gotten around to leaving a review until now but I have to say Julian was amazing! 10/10 if I go back I’ll absolutely request him as a server. He was really kind and friendly and helpful! We consistently had a really good conversation and he was very patient because I was a little indecisive. He had a lot of funny stories and good input on stories my dad and I had. He was present but not overbearing. Honestly he could’ve pulled up a chair and eaten with us and I would’ve been beyond thrilled. Thank you Julian it’s so rare to get service this good anymore. You’re awesome!

We had a wonderful dinner again this evening and had the pleasure of being taken care of by our server, Julian. Our meals came very quickly and were exceptional! Julian was extremely pleasant. He is warm, caring, friendly, and empathetic. Julian knows how to make people feel at home, and there is no doubt that he cares about providing excellent service to customers. In addition to the quality food we received, Julian is definitely an asset to Applebee’s.

We arrived at Applebee’s around 7 PM and were told there was a 45-minute wait, even though there were at least a dozen open tables. The host said it was “just busy,” while four servers were standing nearby chatting. Host was friendly and apologized overall.
We almost left, but my young daughter really wanted to eat here, so we stayed. We were seated after about 15 minutes, which was fine, but then we waited nearly 40 minutes for our food.
The steaks were tough, but tasty.
On the positive side, our server was friendly, helpful, and competent — they did their best despite the long wait. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the poor seating and kitchen delays, but the service itself was good.
Oh – and there was no hot water in the bathroom.

I tried the Quesadilla Burger for the first time and I was not disappointed! It was delicious! My friend had the tacos and was equally satisfied! Plus our server gave us plenty of time to make a decision. They were having issues with the soda machine but that didn’t stop us from ordering other drinks. Our server Hayley R. Was very nice and did a great job! Thanks!

Julian, my server, was attentive and kind. The other staff that I encountered were equally friendly. The sweet Asian chili sauce on the boneless wings is my favorite. It’s the perfect blend of spice and sweet. Be sure to squeeze the lime over the fiesta lime chicken and to mix the salsa into the rice. Enjoy!

The staff appear nice, but I’ve gotten hair in my food multiple times within the last few months and my waitress would blame me every time. The staff make it a point to say regardless of how the food is, you don’t get a refund if you still want to eat.
