Okay so.i just popped in for a quick bite after an interview. When I received my box, there was a hand written message which read, “Today will be great discovery kind of day!” When I was finished eating, I went to the counter to inquire who had written the message on my food box. All the employees immediately responded, “thats our manager!” Kudos to the manager of this TB location! Obviously setting the standard for her entire crew and going above and beyond. I will stop here EVERY time I pass through Shelton, WA. No question, highly recommend this place! Thank you for spreading positivity in an all-to-often dark world. ♥️

I ordered a 12 pack of tacos, along with a three burritos, a chicken bowl, and 2 cheese quesadillas to eat during the playoffs. The meat in the tacos was not strained (if that’s what they do) properly, and the meat was so greasy that they were completely uneatable. The soft taco tortilla was a soggy mess from the meat grease, and the soggy meat was just flat out gross tasting. No one wanted to eat a taco. It was rather disappointing considering the 12 pack of tacos are so expensive. I ended up not eating that night–because I had choosen the tacos–after spending $70 on food.
It may have been an off night for them, but with food costing so much more now ($70 for the few items we got), it feels like it’s more difficult to be understanding when mistakes or shortcuts are made. When the food is cheap, it’s easier to shrug off the quality for price. Taco bell is no longer a cheap option.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell deserves to be addressed. When I visited yesterday, I asked about ordering fries because the menu screen clearly displayed a photo of loaded fries with nacho toppings. I clarified that I wanted just the fries — not the full nacho dish — and instead of simply explaining whether that was possible, the manager laughed at me in a smartass, unprofessional way.
There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude. I wasn’t being rude or difficult; I was just trying to order what was shown on the menu. Being laughed at by the person running the store made the entire interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful.
I left feeling irritated and disrespected, and unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning with service like that. Management sets the tone for the whole store, and this was not the kind of professionalism a customer should expect.

Taco Bell is a great go to place for a quick lite snack when on the road.
We had 3 Tacos each, prepared quickly, service was outstanding, prices reasonable. We had our lite snack and out the door and back to the highway!
Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

Overall star rating is now a ZERO. Not a 1 star. Been ordering with doordash regularly. Around once a week at least. Now all of a sudden they changed their radius, and I can no longer order from them. An absolute failure in management decision making.

Best fast food place I’ve ever been to. Idk what they do to train the employees or maybe its just the shelton community but the people working are great. Better than the lacey/Olympia taco bells for sure.

Update… Manager Gabe took care of us today. He made up for the mess up and then some. Thank you for taking care of the mistake. It’s appreciated.
35 minute wait in the drive-thru tonight. No apologies. And to top it all off, we had sour cream and tomatoes in our crunch wrap (though we ordered it without) and I got about 1 strand of chicken on my chicken soft taco. Unacceptable!

Lesson learned: don’t pay for add-ons because they don’t put them on. Save your money because it’s basically just throwing your money away including them.
