No one available to take our order. Waited 10 minutes and didn’t even have anyone acknowledge us. We were hungry so instead of leaving we decided to use the kiosk to order. 50 clicks later and our order was finally placed. Waited to 10 mins for food, and then had an employee come ask us if we had gotten our food yet. Weird. You can see us sitting at the table with clearly no food. Disgusting lobby, 90% of the tables dirty and the place is empty. I remember when this was a decent fast food place, I’m afraid those days have passed. Someone should have a serious conversation with the person running this joint. I’d be appalled if I owned this location.

Food was as expected but obvious they were short staff as it took a long time. We never complained, and then something good happened. The cashier went to make food as there was no line waiting. When she gave us the 6 tacos, she tossed in a little desert and let us know she appreciated our patients. That is called empowerment, and you don’t always see it in the fast food industry to resolve problems.

What can I say, it was a great experience. I went through the drive-through and was very hungry after Academy. The staff was very efficient and fast in preparing my order. The food is very well cooked and packaged greatly. Danielle R was awesome. She was very friendly when taking my order and very knowledgeable about the food and the portion sizes. She was very professional and I think the franchise owner should be proud of her and the staff that cooked my food. I definitely will be coming back.

Every time I Order, I am interrupted before I can finish. As a result the employees don’t get my food order correct. After not getting my order correct they become angry with me when I address it with them, instead of learning from their mistake and doing better next time. Today, I ordered 3 cheesy gordita crunches and only received 2. They were filled only halfway and had no Baja sauce. I also did not receive a receipt that I was told was in the bag. They refuse to mend the situation since I don’t have a receipt that they neglected to give me. Slacker Mcflys.

I rarely eat here any more, but I come in a lot for DoorDash orders. I usually see quite a few employees frantically assembling orders with only a couple people in drive-thru and/or the lobby. DoorDash orders also get sidelined in favor of orders for drive-thru, and it seems like no one ever knows what’s going on with orders. Not impressed by the work ethic of the younger employees and Taco Bell actively discriminates against people with disabilities as well.

I use to work at the Chehalis Taco Bell so I know the drop time and hold time for all the food served. I went to get some tacobell from the Rochester Taco Bell and as soon as I placed my order I heard them asking in the back if any fries were left over . When I got my food is was obvious that the fries had been left in the warmer past their hold time ( which is 30 minutes) my fries were wet saugy and over seasoned to the point they were orange. Maybe it’s time to update their employees on how things are supposed to be ran. Will not be coming back anytime soon!

I went through the drive thru and asked for a plain taco with no sauce or cheese and a plain steak burrito with no sauce or cheese.

First time at a Taco Bell in my life… I hope they’re all like this! I got the deluxe box and it was sooooo good. Service was quick and polite. Only complaint is that the nacho fries could’ve been a smidge more crispy.

Probably the cleanest taco bell I’ve been to in a lonnnnnng time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food is taco bell food. You get what you get. Lol it wasn’t bad. Tasted good. Gave me gut rot and gurgle belly before I even hit pavement though.

A year ago, this was my least favorite place, even though I’m a huge fan of Taco Bell usually. And I kept ordering because it’s so close by, but within that time frame the team (new or old) has really turned it around and everytime I eat there now, it’s like the first time. Phenomenal job guys. You also made my such a huge fan
