Stopped here to get some food before hitting the road for a long drive. Since it wasn’t busy, I decided to go inside so I could order and use the restroom before getting on the road. When I went to order, the person working up front told me to use the kiosk to place my order. I mentioned I was in a hurry and would rather order at the counter to speed up the process. He then said again that I would need to use the kiosk if I wanted to order and refused to take my order.

The food is what you’d expect from a taco bell but this location after the remodel isn’t great. The staff all just hides in the office, there’s no ice, no lids, no straws and all of the hot sauce was out from the bins and there was 3 napkins. When I asked for some sauce you’d think I asked them to help move a piano on a 100 degree day. Ordering from kiosks worked fine and the girl that made the food (also the only one that wasn’t hiding in the office) did great. The A/C was turned up super high so you may want a jacket if you eat inside and eat quick cause your food gets cold fast. Main take away is the food will be good but you’re better off in the drive-through

Two times in the past have I gone and it’s been closed in the morning the app stated 9 am. I arrived only to find it still closed and a older white lady employee smoking a cigarette in the front was kind of disappointed cause I like their breakfast told my self I wouldn’t go back cause they don’t take that location serious, and I don’t really make reviews just today made me want to make one. And after today I will definitely not be going back i was hungry and decided to give them a shot again , I feel like most the workers at this location use stimulants cause they never get anything right I don’t feel they are dumb they are just high and I will provide my proof I ordered some Doritos locos tacos and a quesadilla, the quesadilla was a 2 out of 5 and the tacos were a negative -2 out of positive 5 and vegan cause I didn’t really see meat if you guys don’t got any let me swing to Safeway so you guys can make them with meat if you don’t got meat recommend to spend your money else where McDonalds down the block is the move next time they actually listen and give effort something I haven’t ever seen from this Taco Bell location

Food was good but they missed all of out customizations. They gave my vegetarian partner a burrito with chicken in it when we asked to take the chicken out and add rice instead. Looked like they weren’t very well staffed at the time so I can’t blame the staff too much for rushing and missing stuff. Other than missing all of our customizations the food was tasty and well assembled. Portions were standard for taco bell and the burritos were well wrapped, not falling apart. Service was courteous and quick. I would come back, but I’m double checking the veggie stuff before I leave next time.

I went thru the drive thru and order the volcano burrito combo and they gave me a beefy 5 layer burritto.. the soda machines syrup mixture was completely off and their soda didn’t taste right. the whole order that me and my wife got was completely wrong down to the sauce I asked for. maybe just went on a bad day but not sure if ill try this again.

Cons: I ordered the quesadilla and mexican pizza combo. I ended up waiting in line for my order for almost 30 minutes. When I received my food my drinks weren’t even filled up, the taco beef meat was very dry and my cinnamon twist bag literally only had 6 twist in the bag. I’d have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have come across. The beef was very disgusting!! I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again.

I have to say my last visit was amazing i even tip the cashier guy chubby guy he was amazing he deserves a raise i even tip him my self $5 dollars because the way he greet me was the best in any place i have been that is fast food he helped me out and guide me for what i was searching on the menu i gotta say i wanna comeback here everytime he is working best taco bell snohomish have ever had he needs to be a manager or get a raise just saying great job my dude! Keep it up.
