I stopped by Taco Bell recently and had a really enjoyable experience for a fast-food spot. The service was quick, and my order was ready in no time, even during a busy hour. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly the way I requested. The flavors were bold, and the portions were satisfying for the price. I also appreciated how clean and organized the restaurant was. When you’re craving something fast but still tasty, Taco Bell consistently delivers a reliable and satisfying meal.

Staff pay no attention to the store, only the drive through. They have a serious lack of common sense.

If you try to order in person, you may be ignored for up to half an hour. I’ve watched them finish a bag of food and then let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. This happened twice. Both times, the bag was my food, and they didn’t bother walking two feet to put it in the pickup area. They’ve also given me medium drinks instead of large multiple times because they were out of cups.

Also, the restaurant is very cold and the chairs are uncomfortable. I don’t want my food after it’s sat in the cold for 20 minutes. Outright ignoring people so they can prioritize the drive through isn’t acceptable.

Promote the young white lady with the glasses. She was super helpful super sweet. Never a problem every time I come in.

It was a busy afternoon night 5:30-6:30, the window guy wasn’t paying attention to me in the drive thru, he kept going on his phone and doing other things…so the yung lady that was making the food stopped to come help me and serve me.

So then continued to help in the lobby and it went super smoothly.
I enjoy coming here when she’s working. I know that it’s going to be a good experience when she works.

I showed up to get lunch at about 1:30 in the afternoon I had a starving three and a half year old in the back seat he was dying for his chips and cheese. Figuratively not literally. I place my order at the kiosk I went to the front counter to pay only to find out they don’t accept $100 bills. Why in this day and age can you guys not accept cash? Has a small business owner myself I would never tell when my customers I can’t take any type of form of any payment. That is an issue that needs to be addressed. I don’t usually pay with cards I usually pay with cash and unfortunately I usually only have big bills on me. And the lady behind the car was zero help

This place sucks. They don’t even acknowledge you at the counter. Placed a mobile order on the app, said it’d be ready in 20 minutes, not sure why so long. Checked on my food about 25 minutes later, said it’s be a few more minutes. Went back up after waiting for 45 minutes, asked for a refund, told them I didn’t want my food anymore at this point. They didn’t give me a refund or anything. They told me it’s almost ready. I’ll be talking to corporate to get my money back, can’t get the time back though. Probably worst fast food experience ever.

Big Taco Bell fan but never been to such a horrible rude restaurant. The cashier asks if you’d like hot sauce when ordering I said yes 5 fire sauce please. When I get to the window, cashier doesn’t say a word, just sticks her hand out to grab card and hand me a bag, closes window. After a minute, she saw I’m still there, the only word out her mouth are can I help you with an attitude. When I repeatedly asked for 5 fire sauce, she gives me 3 sauces, No words or reply or any customer service. I asked for 2 more and gives me 1 sauce and says she can’t give that much and quickly slams the window shut, just awful customer service no care

The last time I went there they said they weren’t taking cash because the girl that was working the drive thru went home early so they closed her till and they weren’t allowed to open another one. I only had cash at the time so they wouldn’t serve us so we got stuck sitting in their drive thru forever hungry for no reason!

Soon as you walk in you’re greeted by a sign that tells you to go order your food at the the kiosk machine. I’m a little older and I really don’t like those things and I never can figure them out and then you never know if somebody’s going to scam your credit card when you use those kiosk things at Taco Bell

I went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order and it was a very strange experience. The kid in the drive thru window did not say a WORD to me. He even closed the window on me before I could ask for hot sauce myself. Ended up having to circle around and go in for some hot sauce that should have been offered at the window. Not a word. So weird.

I ordered six burritos and asked for 3 packets of hot sauce per burrito and a worker by the name Brianda started yelling and me and getting very rude and aggressive and said that she wasn’t gonna do that and that if we didn’t like it we could leave and proceeded to toss the bag of food on my lab through the window before I even paid. And I asked her for I name and she said “don’t worry about that, if you don’t like it don’t come back to my restaurant” then slammed the window. I had to get her name from one of the other workers that was apologizing the entire time. Mind you I was being polite and said I’d even pay extra for the hot sauce.
