Whether I order on app or at the window, I’ve never had a problem. If an item is out of stock staff have always asked my preference for a replacement. I get all my items, and the temperature is always good.

Oh my god so disgusting. Inedible food. Every…time… I’m so done. We’ve tried this Taco Bell a few times because it’s right down the road but I’m not coming back after tonight. Every time our food has been subpar at best, they serve olddddd food that’s been out for hours and they can’t be bothered to do anything extra. My fault for coming back. For starters I pay for extra sour cream or extra this or that for every order and have never one time received any of that. However that’s not my main point, tonight I was served a BURNT Mexican pizza that tasted so strongly of dirty oil and my side dish of fiesta potatoes was so stale I could hardly even believe they made it into my bag and not the trash can…?? I’m not even picky so the fact I couldn’t even choke any of it down was so disappointing… ended up throwing the ENTIRE order away. This place is a waste of money. They need to hire people who care, even if just slightly more than the staff they have currently. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, maybe DON’T serve it to paying customers??

The cashiers don’t even give you your total before you get to the window. Ask them ahead of time or your bound to be overcharged. My total has varied the last few visits. Not returning again.

Paid $ 16 for THIS …….. the drink was supposed to be a regular size apparently small is the new regular now . Rather, go to Chipotle and see a full bowl with a decent quantity.

Not that Great due to the last time, was there. During Friday to Sunday. Think free for Locals, Hispanic and Latino Mixes. They are treated with respect. Not like the locals that live around there. Especially when asking for the restroom code, not understand one word, was given by customer to pronounce the numbers to me. Wow! Oh well, another thing. Monday to Thursday was the bldg was awesome, but after 2pm think it is also Latino and Hispanic Day, this place see customer go right to the counter, and get their own cups. Chips, Tacos. Wow! Must be a manager in civilan clothes. Another issue, when receiving my order they don’t put Sanitized napkins for the food to be placed on. They don’t Sanitized the tray, they wipe with a wet eag, in which they js used to the counter. Plus, when there a sells representation, most of the employees give attention when there is a long line of customer want lunch and go. Sales first ladies, not a mingle place. Customer service support hope you look at the footages on your Taco Bell location. Very safe, but the employees not running smoothly with regular customers. Must be Local Hispanic, Latino, Texicanin or Mexican to get your orders right! Then seeing a customer come back, and complaining that the order on his recipient not right. Heard and Seen the customer ask for Beef and Steak, and the customer had Chicken and Cheese. Wow, was an American and wanted to speak to manager, no one knew English well, not even the young children working. They js gave him a awhole New order and extras for his trouble. SAD, Stayed and Reported to FHD, the situation. Some employees were not in regulation with the face covering and six feet rule.

They won’t let black people use the restroom. Me and another gentleman were told its dirty. A white guy walks in right afterwards and they give him the code and let him use it.

Wanted to try the Nacho Fries cause I’d heard that they were good. And I agree, they are very tasty. Although they should come in a better container cause, I didn’t get very many. The service was quick and easy. And happily I received all my items and was able to delightfully dine.

One time this Taco Bell told me I could only order two items due to lack of supply (drink did not count). There were a couple other cars behind me in line, and I consider that a fair solution; no single party should receive all the scarce goods. Better to mete it out in rations to assure everybody gets a chalupa. I have tremendous respect for that decision.
