Used to live here in Gary live in Memphis now came back. Got some of these tacos flavor still there but the price and the portion size is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor go to Pepe’s no returns no exchanges all except is cash. Come on man give me a break.

I had the pork tacos and they were very good. The portion size was awful for what they are charging and the price has gone up over a dollar since I was last there. I live in Indianapolis and usually come up there once a year if I’m passing through. I thought they were always high but I didn’t mind because at least you got your money’s worth. This time they were literally about the size of Taco Bell tacos. The service was just okay nothing bad or good to say.

I love this place!!! Food good, prices are reasonable although they’ve increased slightly. However still the best prices. Only serve beef & pork. Simply delicious. Whenever I’m in town, I always stop to get my fix.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl, and I’m 53 and everything is still the same. I live in Chicago, we have several Mexican restaurants however El Norteno is still authentic giving me nostalgic vibes every time I go. This restaurant is take out, and cash only. Absolutely delicious you won’t be disappointed.
