Very average Taco Bell experience. We stop by here on our way back from rainier and enjoy this as a treat post hike. The food was expected Taco Bell quality, at the exception of my crunch wrap, which was poorly wrapped and falling apart. The bathrooms were generally clean, but the women’s sink was out of service, and there was no soap available, only sanitizer. This bathroom did not have seat covers the way other locations do, but still appreciate the cleanliness. The space was not busy and food came out relatively quickly. Garbage cans were pretty full but not a huge issue. Overall very OK.

I was having a rough day today until I walked into Taco Bell. The cashier, Tina, instantly started complimenting my hair, outfit, and lifted my spirit. We had a short conversation but it was genuine and made me feel welcomed. Before I left she made sure I had napkins and all the things with caps were sealed. It’s Taco Bell. You already know what you’re getting, so no comment good or bad on the food. Google routed us through this area on our road trip and we made a pit stop here. The bathrooms were DELIGHTFUL. Very clean. The food was normal taco bell quality – no complaints… But those bathrooms… What a delightful change from the gas stations we’ve been stopping at.

There were 4 employees working and no customers, even with nobody else in the building they made me use the kiosk to order which took longer and was less accurate than just taking my order at the counter. After purchasing my food I was unable to get a receipt because the kiosk doesn’t offer paper receipts.

Service has gone downhill they refused to take our order at the counter we had to use the kiosk. They packed our dine in order in a to-go bag and was not marked so we knew who got what. And they could care less when this was brought to their attention. Overall satisfaction I give it an F! Pictured is their idea of making a special order

Waited at counter while no one else in the store was there. Employees just looked at me instead of helping as well as ignoring me. To the point where I placed an order on the app while in the store cause no one payed attention. Most entitled employees I’ve ever met.

Well, I worked in customer service and the food service industry for over 20 years. These guys are doing a great job, it’s difficult 4 a place like Taco Bell to come into a town that is smaller like Enumclaw. The local folks around here know what they like and anything new has to prove its salt and show that it’s willing to become an actual part of the community and not just a cookie cutter fast food place that turns a quick buck. This Taco Bell was really designed and built with quality in mind so that integrating itself into Enumclaw for the long run should be a thing of ease and Grace. The food is always top notch and almost always perfectly correct. The couple times that I had to return an item, they replaced it super quick, pleasantly with a smile. They remade it in under 90 seconds and give me coupons for free food for the next time I came in. The customer service, honestly, went above and beyond any fast food joint I’ve been to. Some of the counter employees new the company will enough did they were able to give me Taco Bell history for about 10 minutes and came out from around the counter to open the front doors for me when I was leaving because my hands were full. If you ask me, I don’t think they’re going to have a problem at all proving why are they are now part of our hometown. Maybe it’s about time we stop being so hard on them and just make them feel welcome in Enumclaw.
