My mom and I went thinking it was going to be fast and easy lunch, but it wasn’t! They were rude since we got there, waited at least 10 minutes and I went to the counter and asked if they called my name. I wondered why this guy after us got his before us, left with his, and then he came back saying that he got the wrong order. It was ours! Also we ordered rice, which we wanted on the side and got it in our tacos. So when I asked about our rice, they said they can give us a bowl of rice with 2 servings and gave us 8 coupons for free tacos ha! We thought we’re not using those there! We’re never going back there and I was definitely going to leave a bad review.

I regret ordering from here as this location straight up hates its customers.
I guess I’ve been lucky so far in placing mobile app orders at various Taco Bell’s throughout the state and getting consistent quality and portions and the luck ran out at this particular Taco Bell. We ate the other items in the car and think the Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch had only 25% beef and mostly produce. I feel bad for the people who can’t place an order at the Everett, Lynnwood, Bothell, Kirkland, and other locations because this place absolutely sucks.

Staff is better, food isnt messed up as often as it used to be. The biggest problem is all of the employees parking in the very small parking lot. There is no parking for customers when all of the employees are parked in the parking lot. Employees should be parking elsewhere

Thank you! I had a crispy taco order that was over cooked and so hard I couldn’t eat them and the manager said I could come back anytime for a fresh order and today I got that same order and the food was really great! Thank you. Wish it was like this all the time.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food, hands down. But this is my third order in a row from them in the last two months that has been incorrect. I order a Crunchwrap supreme with beans potatoes and fresco style. It is always written correctly on the screen and receipt. But it always has cheese and sour cream. I have an anaphylactic allergy to dairy so this isn’t just an inconvenience it is a serious situation each time.

Always get sick when I come here. I also overheard the person preparing my food calling us profanities in Spanish as well as other customers. Maybe make sure what your saying in Spanish, is appropriate to be saying at all in a work environment. Also if your going to curse me out and are doing it in a language you think they don’t speak at your job… you better be very sure they don’t speak it.

I ordered the new cheesy street chalupas and didn’t get what I asked for. They gave me regular chalupas. They also talked over each other at the drive through. Then when I asked for a receipt, they said sorry we already threw it away.

I ordered through the drive-thru and they have missed quite a few of my items. And this isn’t the only time. It’s every time that I go with my nephew, and we usually go around 8 or 9PM. They’re negligent on making sure all the product is in the bag, which is why I have to double check it when I get my order. This obviously does not apply to every location, just this specific one in Edmonds.

Let me first just say that was the longest 25 min of my life. At the window alone. Then I get my food and the nachos were slipped with all the ingredients on the bottom and the chips on top… then the cheesy bean and rice burrito was thrown together with half the food in the wrapper. The other was made good except the fact that I took a bit of sauce then of beans and then of rice. No cheese sauce. And that’s just what I orders. My daughters tacos had no meet on them just lettuce and cheese. My son’s quesadilla wasn’t heated up properly. By far the worst place I have EVER EATEN. Hope this place gets shut down.

Staff are worse then ever and extremely rude. Some guy asked when I pulled up (what do you want?) Then everything I tried to order they were out of… OK guess I’ll go eat somewhere else.
