Honestly always the worst experience with this location and managers. They don’t answer their phones even when there’s no rushes in cafe. They won’t call you if you made an online order and they are are out of the item you ordered. I ordered a soup bread bowl and they just sent me the bread bowl with no soup. Tried calling and no answer. There isn’t ever a rush at 8:15pm when they close at 9pm. Managers just try to avoid customers. This has happened a number of times. Update: I had ordered a salad with my soup and the lettuce is almost all rotten. Honestly whoever was manager tonight needs to go or learn to do their job making sure all food is rotated, this is nasty.

Honestly, at this point it’s my fault for coming here as often as I have. Panera Bread has one of the best tomato soups out there so when I feel bad I come here for that comfort food. At least 2x a year since this Panera came to Waterford, I’ve gotten the tomato soup and Every. Single. Time I’ve found plastic in it. Each time I find it in my mouth I pull it out, certain that this time it’s probably just tomato skin, but nope. Plastic. The second time it happened I just happened to be eating in the restaurant so I showed the manager, let them know it happened before and all she did was ask if I wanted another bowl of soup. The 2nd time this happened should have been enough given the fact that the piece of plastic I pulled out of my mouth was about 8 inches long and about 3 inches wide when I unraveled it . But then time goes by, I forget, then one day I don’t feel great and just want tomato soup. The other day it happened again and I’m fed up. Don’t get their tomato soup guys, it’s just not worth it. And before someone asks me, yes this is definitely plastic and not tomato skin. At least this time around the pieces are smaller so I didn’t choke like the time before.

The new “Smokey Buffalo Chicken” has a good taste. However, it is very small for the price. Cashier was great, but there was a slight mistake on my wife’s sandwich. No onions had been requested and was on the receipt. Not a big deal. Cleanliness of the dining area was average, but I understand the difficulty of retaining good employees in the food service industry. We will return in the future, but at over $30 for lunch for my wife and I, it may be awhile.

Facility was clean… is handicapped accessible… they do catering…. great choices for children…high chairs available…. baby changing table in bathroom….fresh bakery items… outdoor seating is available.. food tasted delicious and fresh…. would definitely come back… staff was courteous …. they offer a rewards program to earn free items with purchases… drive thru available… and plenty of parking

The staff here is polite and always very helpful. However, I am incredibly disappointed with the meal I was served today. Normally, I have no issues at this location but today received this as my “sandwich “. It had one small sliver of chicken and 2 tomatoes. This was a very disappointing and not worth the money.
