Received food from the store that was not fit for human consumption. I don’t know what they did to the chicken, but it smelled like chemicals and and looked like it rolled down a dirty hallway. The packaging was disgusting. Had sticky fingerprints and stains on the fry boxes. We threw the whole order in the trash. This restaurant definitely deserves a visit from the health department and for its employees to be written up for sending out such atrocious product to the public to ingest.

It sucks cause I know leaving reviews doesn’t matter for big food chains like Taco Bell but they it’s annoying when charge extra for sour cream and then give you less sour cream. My cheese quesadilla was literally 1/3 cheese and my cheesy bean and rice burrito had no cheese on it. Waited 5 minutes for half ass food lol good job lol

This place used to have decent food, but something has changed. You pay to have ingredients added, but you get little to none. Their food is getting worse as well. The people working may need training how to prepare what’s offered on the menu.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, but they gave me the wrong item. When I politely tried to return it after only taking one bite, they refused to help me and made me pay for the entire order again. The food was not good, and the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of assisting me, they made the situation worse. This was unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected

We ordered a cantina crispy taco box. Neither taco was crispy, fell apart right away as it was Super soggy and sloppily put together see pictures. We also ordered a burrito that wasn’t wrapped properly, causing all of the insides to get everywhere in the wrapper making both the tacos and burrito practically inedible. Not the first time but it is the last. I won’t be coming back.

Avoid like the plague, they will upsell you things like extra chicken and sour cream without telling you the price and not even give you the extra chicken or sour cream. Better off going to Wendy’s or McDonald’s, where they actually care about their customers.

No matter what I order or how polite I am, the food is always incorrect and, quite frankly disgusting. Also, their service is very hit and miss. Some employees are apologetic and eager to fix the mistakes. Others literally act as though the mistake comes directly out of their paycheck and are unabashedly rude and condescending.
