Not sure why I keep going back. I moved back to the Pendleton area October of 2022. Since I have been back, I have received stale crunchy taco shells, and stale flat crunchy shells in my Mexican pizzas. When you try and call the store to complain, most of the time no one ever answers. This last time I went through the drive thru, I ordered a couple of combo packs and instead of being charged $12.49 per combo like it showed on the Taco Bell app, I was charged almost double. When I asked why it was so much I was told the online prices are lower than in store. Can we say bull and what crock. Just because we live out in the sticks, that should not give a franchise store to charge whatever they want.

We waited forever for our food, they gave us the wrong order, then the second order was made wrong, went back to the store here in pendleton to get it changed out and they ignored me and all other customers, eventually they said they were remaking the food and then ignored me again for 20 minutes. They had other customers walk out because they wouldnt acknowledge anyone. I asked to speak to a manager, the night manager was the one there, she ignored me for a while, eventually came up, was very rude, i asked for my food or a refund, she wouldnt do either, threatened to call the cops unless i would leave. She called the general manager and he forced her to finally make our food while the employees yelled at us to leave. I have never been treated worse

Ordered at kiosk, stood & watched while 4 people stood around while 2 worked. One of which was going back & forth from the food line to the drive threw taking orders. Not changing gloves in-between. Asked for no cheese…got cheese. And when I did get my food it was all cold. Not happy.

Ordered through Taco Bell app, store was out of tortillas somehow. They couldn’t cancel my order, and I wasn’t able to pull it back up in the app so I wasn’t able to cancel it myself. On my card there was a pending charge that still went through a couple days later. Have attempted to use the “contact us” on Taco Bell’s website to get a refund 4 or 5 times now, but have not heard anything back from them. Hoping this will result in something.

This location doesn’t open as advertised. I got here at 8:10am and one employee was there trying to get in and we asked him when we would be able to get some breakfast. He said he wasnt sure. We asked him when the place opens he said when ever we get the food up he will open. Sorry excuse if you ask me. Maybe if they would pay their employees a living wage these kids would show up to work on time.

I was there at 3:30 p.m. on August 13th until 3:50 p.m. in the Drive-Thru, yes the drive-thru took 20 minutes, I will not stop in this town on my next trip through Oregon I will continue to the next Taco Bell because this one let me down
