I always get the 5-layer burrito, no beans. Its usually the same size as the beans is the only thing gone. Slightly smaller…..I got a burrito the same size as one of Pilots taquitos. The smallest dollop of nacho cheese, a tiny squirt of sour cream, i had to open it actually to see what was in it as the first bite was pure tortilla…in a 5 LAYER burrito. At least the pilot taquitos are 1.99. This was 3.99. Not to mention it took 10 minutes for them to put out 1 burrito. And no, it wasn’t busy.

Only thing I changed on order was no lettuce, no beans, add rice to everything … Well what do I get …… Employees that’s can’t can’t follow directions and low and behold my food had 0 meat on any of it. It’s not that hard to read and make accordingly…. Absolutely ridiculous….

This taco bell can really be hit or miss sometimes they bang it out get everything right out to you super quick other times the drive thru is backed up and you gotta maneuver through a crowd but not terrible if you need a stop off on the highway also super nice bc it is connected to an actual store and gas station too so you can get everything done at once even bathroom breaks

Stale and soggy. If the taco shell falls apart when you grab it that’s not right. If it’s chewy again not right. Has everything gone to shet ?

Brody or whoever clerk 1497 was so rude. He seemed like he hated his job. Everyone else was very nice and respectful. I asked for my food to go, so I didn’t have to be around him anymore.

2! Horrible experiences with the cashier “nick” and the shift lead also conveniently named Nick who refused to let my friend put in a complaint about nick the cashier. Who was absolutely rude about our order and the worst part was the first time there was a manager present we he caused his fit and started slamming chairs around us being very aggressive. They’re obviously hiring family members because they have no customer service skills whatsoever. Absolutely disappointing!
