The service was horrible, I waited 15 min after I ordered for someone to ask if I had been helped but had time to make out and chill with friends. Drive through was busy but there was no one else in the lobby at all. Then the lady proceeds to tell me to leave and called me disrespectful for telling her, in a calm voice, it was crazy that out of the 8+ people working it took that long to help me. I had already placed my order when I walked in they just never made it.

we went through the drive through and it took like 25 minutes and they gave us the wrong order. we also ordered a quesadilla and they forgot the cheese on it… they were friendly and nice though.

Gone here so many times and after like twenty times they have only gotten my order right once or twice. Went against my better judgment today and they shorted me 2 of my 8 items. Service is just pathetic here. Dont go, you wont get all of your stuff here.

Girl in the drive through today was so rude. She kept talking over us and ignoring things we said about our order. Ended up still putting down the wrong thing after we said it 3 times while she interrupted and cut us off rudely with an attitude. The food was well made, but it was a horrible experience. Get a different job if you hate it that much.

There seems to be systemic issues at this location going back to when they first opened that the owners still haven’t fixed.
Either the owners are forcing staff to hand out improperly made food (especially the stale nacho fries, always eat some before leaving) or the owners simply won’t pay their staff enough to care about food safety or quality.

Never had a good experience here but this was my last straw , I put in a mobile order 15 minutes before I arrived. The drive thru is much more busy than I anticipated at 10:45 pm so i go in the lobby to pick up my order. Allegedly the lobby is already closed even though everything online says it closes at 3 am. Google could be wrong sure , BUT I got told I HAD to go through the drive thru but my order would be waiting for me when I got to the window. Why on any known or unknown universe couldn’t you hand me my god damn order while I was in the alleged “closed”! lobby you forgot to lock up when it’s apparently ready which makes sense because I put the order in 20 minutes ago. But no force me to sit 15 more minutes in drive-thru while my order is already made 10/10 problem solving there. Couldn’t just hand me my order in the “closed” lobby I was in while my order was ready

I will never go to this restaurant again! This might seem little to some people but I ordered 2 crisp tacos at the kiosk which by the way is ridiculous, you need to take orders at the counter. I paid with cash at counter and got no receipt. After receiving my order I had a taco and those nasty fiesta potatoes in the bag. I told the employee I was supposed to have two tacos and not the potatoes. He said that’s what I ordered at kiosk which is bs and that he could ring up another taco…..how ridiculous! And to top it off my 1 taco for $4 was broke in four pieces.

Just had to get a full refund, the workers were touching everything, face, pulling up their pants, putting stuff on the ground. Just the grossest preparation of food ever. And upsetting as it’s like one of the only food places in town.

I oredered on the app hours before so that way when i went on lunch at work i could just walk over, pick it up, go back to my work, eat, and still have a bit of time. Both days ive been here my food has not come out on time. There is not enough employees here to run this place efficiently. Plus the place isnt clean.

We were # 126 dine inside. The service was slow. From the time we came in and ordered. It took 45 minutes before we received our meal. Other orders before ours were being messed up and they had to fix their orders. The place was super busy inside atmosphere was mostly negative because orders took too long to get. The worst visit we have ever had and the slowest service for a fast food place!
