First time eating at this Taco Bell and it was a disappointment. There were probably two staff at midnight in the restaurant and they were understandably going to not be the quickest but I think someone with one hand could’ve been more efficient than they were. The food they also gave us was lackluster and the Crunchwrap supreme was neither crunchy, much less supreme, it was just a wrap of incorrect ingredients with soggy cardboard. Though the cinnabon balls were at least up to serviceable standard. Though if they screwed up tossing 12 balls into a fryer I would be concerned.

Ordered my food online for pick up in half an hour. Got there 45 minutes after placing the order online and it hadn’t even been started. there was six employees four of which walked up to counter, that did not want to help me get my order. After they completed it, they put it in the drive-through section after I clearly put on the app pick up in store, and when I very loudly said, that’s my order only then was I able to get any sort of help and even then they were confused. Do not ever go in the store as you’ll get helped a lot faster with a 10 Car drive through line awful service.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I got it, it was the wrong food, and when I pointed it out, they “fixed” it by giving me more items I did not order and missing what I did. Look, I understand that sometimes business is busy. However, the absolute lack of any sense of urgency from the staff, which there were plenty, demonstrated a complete disregard for your customer’s time and value.

I don’t come to this Taco Bell very often. I’ve maybe been here 5 times. Tonight was the second time they gave my order to the wrong person. I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes after being told my order is being made. After waiting so long a lady told me they don’t have my order. I showed them proof of my order. Gave them my order number. She told me that they never received my order and I need to reach out to customer service to cancel and then replace the order. She said there is nothing they can do. She was rude. It wasn’t until someone from the back spoke up and said that they already made my order. Turns out they gave it to the wrong person. She didn’t even apologize. She had another person give me my order. I will say I feel like what I assume is the lead tonight did a wonderful job. I will not be returning to this location for awhile.

My boyfriend is a late night delivery driver and had several orders last Wednesday night and got hungry so he order’s a couple of chalupas and crunchy tacos. Tasted great until less then 5 hours later he’s in the bathroom puking his guts out for the next 24 hours. Unfriendly staff. And he caught them spraying the food station area with a cleaner of some sort and food had been exposed. Never returning to that taco bell and discouraging others from going.

No one greeted us when we came in. We stood at the register waiting and employees just looked at us. With no direction or even a sign we ordered on the device behind us. The cooking floor area visible from the front was gross. Glad this was a one time stop.

It was good and enjoyable but I will say that the staff/employees can be extremely rude so I do infact recommend to be polite peaceful and respectful inside of this taco bell.
