I work in food industry and I really try not to be rude, but every night after work I used to come through and get three chicken cantina quesadillas without the chipotle sauce. I noticed when they would leave the sauce on and not listen to me it makes me throw up. It got to the point where I lied to them and told them I am straight up allergic to the sauce. Sometimes 1 quesadilla wouldn’t have sauce and the bottom 2 would be slathered in it. Sometimes 2 wouldn’t have the sauce and one would! MOST OF THE TIME ALL THREE WOULD HAVE THE SAUCE! When I pay I reminded them again please make sure it’s not in there I’m allergic I will throw up. It’s the same lady preparing the food I don’t blame the guy taking my order my receipt says no chipotle sauce every time. She messes up my order every time I’m not sure why, but I can’t imagine if someone was actually allergic to something and went through. 3 of those with a Baja blast is 21 dollars. I could only eat one or them and my baja blast that’s a lot of money and I couldn’t eat dinner!. I have to get Taco Bell in Salem before I come home now. If you have allergies I would not recommend coming here specifically late at night (past midnight)

The place is nice inside and the staff is friendly. The chicken quesdia was ok, but didn’t really have a lot of cheese. My taco arrived already broken in three places, and wasn’t holdable which made was difficult to eat without making a mess. It was my first time at this Taco Bell

My girlfriend and I went though the drive thru and ordered a double stacked taco sub beans for beef and they messed it up so I went back to get it corrected and they made it correctly, no issues and even gave us 2 free taco coupons. Come to find out the coupons were already expired when we had already ordered and were in line at the Taco Bell in McMinnville. So then we flat out just couldn’t use them. This Taco Bell (Dallas) gave us the coupons on January 2nd, 2026 and the coupons expired on December 31st, 2025. I think they just didnt realize the coupons were just slightly expired so they were still thinking they were fine to hand out but it’s frustrating because there’s no way of us proving that the coupons were already expired when we got them since they’re past the expiration date.

She said franchises are allowed to charge more. I said just because you CAN doesn’t mean you SHOULD.
That’s about a huge 20% increase. Good thing I bought only 4 tacos. At this price, I could’ve got 5 if I add another dime or 2
It’s hard enough to buy and consume these GMO gut bombs at the lower price. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. I will just stay in Monmouth if there is a next time.

Forgot half my order when i came and picked up my order i had placed online, called to tell them and they expected me to drive back (from monmouth) when they close in 30 minutes to replace it. sound like a karen but feel like they should do more especially because this is not the first time it has happened

Me and my daughter went through the drive-through the night before Thanksgiving got food got stale fries messed up complete order even though they have it right on the receipt, but they don’t seem to get a ride out the window. They seal the bag so you can’t even make sure that it’s correctwas not happy with this experience here and the prices are almost doubled than any other Taco Bell around. Here is ridiculous.

My name is Dave I deliver for doordash and Uber Eats all up and down the I-5 corridor I visit a lot of restaurants and deliver in a lot of different towns and I got to give credit where it is due Taco Bell in Dallas Oregon their night crew is Simply Amazing Sam Dillon and Maverick as well as their cook crew are always on top of it and provide the most friendly environment of ever been in in a restaurant I have been there waiting for doordash orders when they have been swamped with a line out to the street and every time they always figure it out and continue to flow through the night with speed accuracy and amazing customer service I have worked fast food in the past so I understand when it gets too busy with not enough employees the stress and irritation it can cause but for these guys they make it look easy no matter how stressful it gets they still continue to keep things moving to try and provide the best customer service they can provide I recommend anybody the visits Dallas Oregon to stop by Taco Bell in the evening and check out their amazing customer service Sam Dillon Maverick and the rest of the night crew at Taco Bell on West Ellendale you guys should be proud because you guys are simply amazing and I am happy to say you guys are one of my favorite places to deliver for congrats!!!!!
