Overall good experience and food. Portion sizes were lacking. Service was good. Never offered refills on drinks though. Lighting is moody, my husband had a hard time reading his menu due to dim lighting. Fun seating concept of church pews throughout. Love the room with the big bay of windows. Clean bathrooms.
The bacon chile rellenos were great.

The restaurant itself is nice. meal was fresh but portion is smaller than average- server did not check in, busser got me refill on coffee that took forever due to the server telling him she would get it instead then disappeared / closes early afternoon- as long as guests are seated the staff should not treat the place like their own home I don’t want to overhear your gossip

I ate here every day I could while I was in Colorado. Food was stellar, staff extremely friendly and the owners greeted my sister and I every time we came in for breakfast. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

I had them make me a custom eggs Benedict and it was perfect! Shredded beef bacon and green chili! Ask for it! It’s incredible! All the other food was great too! My family thoroughly enjoys the food here! Oh… and start with the cinnamon roll it’s soft and flaky and oh so good!

Pretty good food, good atmosphere, quieter than other places I’ve been to recently. I can’t stop thinking about the $4 Pepsi products price point though, it bothers me, it’s one step away from buying from a scalper at an event somewhere. It’s not a large cup either. Just think it’s odd $4 for a soda and $16 for a meal, the soda is 25% the cost of the meal? Hot tea is $4.25 for example.
Anyways, ordered the Mexican Combo #3 enchiladas, pretty good quality ingredients, chicken was a little dry, salsa on the side was delicious. Refried beans tasted great. Good overall meal experience. Portion size was smaller than expected. All seats are hard seats, they have normal height chairs/tables, half booth/table, booths, and a nice wrap-around bar.
I don’t care how much money I have, $4 for soda is too much. Get water instead is the recommended play. Good food, odd pricing structure.

Wow the cinnamon roll was amazing! It’s flaky like a croissant but had a delicious flavor and a gooey heart. The Grecian alternative was so amazing! Lots of flavor in the gyro! There is lots of seating, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a table. The inside is beautifully decorated.

Shining point to the place is the atmosphere. Eclectically but tastefully decorated. Large restaurant with multiple rooms and a large bar in one of them. Portions were fair but not large. Wait staff was very attentive, even though they were busy. Wasn’t rushed and made feel like we had all the time in the world to eat. The food did arrive much quicker than expected and was hot.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to bringing family there when they are in town.

Pegasus is everything you want in a local cafe. All the flavor and experience you could wish The coffee was fresh and flavorful. The breakfast burritos were crafted wonderfully and packed full of flavor. Now on to this cinnamon roll. It is a life changing moment and will ruin all other cinnamon rolls. It has a buttery flaky texture of a croissant that melts in your mouth. The frosting is perfectly smooth and sweet. And they add a pad of butter to top off this sultry delicacy. It was so good i had to bring two home. The wait staff was fantastic and responsive and one of the owners came over to chat with our table, even had a few jokes to keep the table light. I would highly recommend breakfast, lunch, and brunch!
