My husband got food from here yesterday and realized today they never gave him back his debit card. When he went back today to ask if they had it, he was told, yes they did. He waited for the manager to get it out of the safe.Then the manager sends the cashier to tell him, they threw it away. My husband told the cashier they shouldn’t be throwing away anyone’s debits. He was then told that’s what they’re trained to do. What if you throw away someone’s debit before they realize it and have it canceled, then someone finds it in the trash and uses it. Are you then responsible? I’ve been a reatil manager for over 20 years and you should NEVER train anyone to throw away someone’s bank card! Irresponsible management!

This place is going through a super rough phase. Food is ice cold and you will never ever get a sauce packet in a delivery order. They ruin everything good and wonderful that you love about Taco Bell. This review is from 2/13/26…maybe check back jn a year?

Might have been one of those times when the facility is busy and short staffed. It happens.
I happened to go in to order rather than use the drive thru.
Next time I will be ordering at the drive thru.
I noticed there was several customers served at drive thru but I waited about twenty+ minutes.
It was cold and windy outside and not comfortable in the dining area where I waited.
My order was completed and correct.
All else was as expected.

good food but they lack when it comes to moble orders. and wont go to counter so i waited like 30 mins to be seen while waoting at counter. found out my order was waiting for me the whole time they left order by window and didnt place it on the moble order rack inside. food was warm but not cool no one would come to counter i just wanted my food an go
and had to leave to work right after cause i was on a 45 min lunch so my lunch was spent waiting for food already made.

This must be THE WORST Taco Bell out of them all in our area… They can’t ever seem to get our order correct forcing us to go inside for correction where they argue about making it right. Cold food, rude staff, slow service… Don’t eat here unless you’d like a cold crunch wrap with hardly any fillings, a regular soft taco when you’ve paid and ordered a supreme, missing items, no sauce when you requested it, need I continue? Like I said; THE WORST!

We ordered drive through from the app. Again, for the 5th time, they forgot the chips and the cinnamon twists. Also one of the crunchwraps had almost no beans on one side of and next to none on the other.
When my mom went back to pick up what they forgot with our receipt/order #, she tried to give her one of each, although two of each were ordered.

Cheesy gordita crunch was cold and had barely anything in it, chicken cantina burrito came in a soft taco sized tortilla with about 1/3 of the fillings and was also cold. Came with no sauce as well.
The only thing they made correct was the soda….
Not sure what your lunch crew has been doing today but that was a very horrible way to spend 20$.

The single slowest restaurant I’ve every experienced in my life of any kind. I’m currently in line and have been for 15 minutes. They’ve done 1 car. I’m trapped in line otherwise id leave.

first and foremost, i constantly have to repeat what i have to say to the order taker. if you can’t multitask, why try? secondly, the food is always poorly made. THIRDLY, i ask for a specific amount of food or a specific type of item and i either get less of what i ask or something completely different. do BETTER

This is one of the slowest and rudest Taco Bell’s I have been to. I have been stuck in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and they only helped 3 cars in that time. They also make you repeat yourself so many times that you feel rude. They need different management or something cause this is not how they are suppose to be run. I worked for taco bell for years and would have been fired if I had this kind of customer service.
