This place is great for food and drinks. Ive had the “flight of margaritas” numerous times and I recommend this! Ginna was our server and she was friendly and patient to take our order. We ordered the carne asada a la tampiquena and I ordered it medium. It was soft and tender. My wife ordered the fiesta enchilada dinner with cheese enchilada, carnitas and beef enchiladas. You wont be disappointed.

It feels like a watered down version of true authentic Mexican food, and if that’s your vibe then go for it! But thought I’d put a review because times are tough, money is hard to come by, and when you save up enough money to go out to eat you should know what to expect when you have to pay so much for, in my opinion, so little.
The place is super colorful and vibrant and looks amazing! It’s the reason we decided to stop inside and give it a try. But I’m kind of surprised on how many 5 star reviews this place has.
By the looks of the menu and prices I was assuming the dishes would be worth it, but it was a bit disappointing. The shrimp I had were tiny. I got 6 pieces on my plate and honestly they seemed like the type of frozen shrimp you get at any local grocery store. The rice didn’t have a lot of flavor and was hard. The sizes of the dish were also small. The corn tortillas and chips and warm salsa were really the only non disappointing part of my meal but that’s really it. I wish I could try other dishes and see if they are any better, but for one dish to cost $27 and not be a satisfying meal I won’t be trying it again 🙁
The server and host who seated us were fantastic and super sweet. No complaints there. They made the experience better, so for the good service and cozy atmosphere I gave the review 2 stars.

It is very rare that I want to leave a bad review for a restaurant, but this place has really gone downhill.
Recently, we went with a group of four people. we spent over $140.
We got two quesadilla plates where the shells were cheap, the cheese used was fiesta blend, and American cheese And not Chihuahua cheese or queso Blanco, which is normally in a quesadilla.
we got their fajita pineapple entrée, which put hot peppers and chicken in a barely-thawed frozen pineapple, so the fajita contents were cold when served. If the pineapple is grilled, the pineapple itself should be hot.
it seems like this place has new management that has formulated cheaper Recipes that are not true to the quality of food this place used to have.
Won’t go back.

I came in with a large group of friends and our server Alma made our night so much more fun with her sweetness and attentiveness. Even though it was late in the night she was still bubbly and full of energy! She gave great service and I hope she can be my waitress the next time I’m in. You’ll come for the margaritas, but you’ll want to stay for Alma

What a fun restaurant. Not only a feast of food but a feast of culture with all the beautiful sites and sounds. I had the shrimp fajita in a pineapple and we shared the fried ice cream for dessert…delicious. And the service was great, they really made you feel as if you were a guest in their home.

The booths are decrepit. You sit too low below the table. The food was good though. The tacos were great. They add 18 % tip for tables of 8 .

Been here a few times in the past with a big group of friends and made another visit yesterday. Alma took care of us and did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. Such a contagious smile of hers, I hope it never wipes away along with her work ethic!
