I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for anyone to take my order. There was one person in the Dinning room waiting for their order and 4 cars in the drive-thru. I know they have Door Dash and other delivery service orders to pull. But I have never waited that long at a fast food restaurant and not even acknowledge that I am standing there so long. I would love to give some stars for food, but I never was able to order.

this is the grossest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First, let me say that Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants. The cashier used the same gloves to ring up my food, wipe the counter, pick something up off the floor, make my burrito and handed it to me. I turned and threw it in the garbage. The glove’s she was wearing were discusting and white.

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at this Taco Bell. Our food wasn’t rap correctly it was falling out of the paper. My husband ordered a crunch wrap there was no chip in it he could literally fold it in half without it breaking. I ordered 3 cheesy roll ups for my son and only got 2. I called them a total of 10 times. The fifth time I called them I was talking to them telling them what was wrong and they hung up on me. And when I called them a couple more times after that they would answer and nobody was talking to me. I am looking for either the general manager the district manager or the owner’s phone numbers so I can call them. This is most distress between customer service that I have ever experienced with this Taco Bell and I order from here all the time. They will be losing the money I spend there. They will be losing my business. I am just in shock on why this would happen when I never had any bad experience at this Taco Bell. Please if anybody can give me a phone number to call or if somebody can call me back. That would be amazing. This all happened at 8:12pm on March 19th 2023

Went through the drive thru last night about 7:20. I didn’t get my whole order, my dorito taco was unwrapped in the bottom of the bag with its contents spilled everywhere. (There was a wrapper, it just wasn’t in it), my cheese roll up was just unrelated cheese inside a wadded up tortilla.

THEY ARE BACK, Summer ’19 — excellent consistency. My Baja Blast freeze had just the right amount of ice to air. Frito burritos above standard and consistent flavour that I come to expect. Hard shell taco great too. Last but not least, Nacho Fries are the greatest combination of Latin and American flavour in a bite that hits the spot every single time. A forever desirable favourite and I hope that corporate gets the message to leave them on the menu.
