Girl with blonde or pink hair was absolutely disgusting, heard her yelling at another worker while we waited for our food & than our food was almost thrown at the window at us, than when we got home we got our food just to find out we paid 27$ for basically 10$ of food. If I was the cook I’d appreciate my job! Cause after this she won’t be working there. Also I puked from how much salt was put on my chips it was like she was angry or something yet we didn’t speak to her, kinda wanna press charges sodium can kill people!! PS the cook, blonde with undone roots & pink ends. Needs to be fired.

Ordered some food tonight, sadly it wasn’t good. My two soft tacos were made wrong but also one of them was made with brownish old lettuce that look disgusting. I live in Fairview OR but was In the area so l stopped by this location, since I’m about 20 min away, it would be a waste of my time to even return to complain. Even my soda was watered down, like the syrup bag needed to be replaced, but wasn’t. The Store is ran by teenagers that probably don’t care. Honestly it has me questioning if the rest of my food is safe to even eat.

Stopped by on this dark and stormy Tuesday evening and was greeting by Allison in the drivethrough; her enthusiasm and friendliness elevated the experience beyond what I expect for a fastfood stop. The food as always was hot and delicious, even though our side of sour cream was lost to the annals of time. I look forward to returning again for good food and a cheerful greeting!

i will never go to this taco bell ever again. we had an absolutely abysmal experience tonight. of all the items we ordered, there was only one that they managed to get right – and that was cinnamon twists, which you can’t really mess up. most things came without sauces, or had completely wrong sauces, supreme things weren’t supreme… nothing was right. nothing.
the first time we went through the drive-thru they forgot an item (it happens, whatever), but when we went through the second time asked for the missing thing they gave us ENDLESS hassle about it. one of the rudest customer service experiences i have ever had. they gave us grief over their own mistakes and acted like we were being entitled for politely asking for what we ordered!
good lord, y’all. do better.

Aa Taco Bells go, this one does well. Friendly service, good food. I miss the personal touch that Taco Bell has lost with kiosk ordering and the staff having almost no contact with customers.

One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had.
Complete waste of time and money. I ordered a taco supreme, and it came with barely anything inside — just some meat and a bit of shredded cheese. No lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. When I asked about the missing toppings I paid extra for, the employee said, “We’re out, that’s why it’s just meat and cheese.” No heads-up when ordering, no apology.
I also asked about the nacho cheese — it looked like someone just smeared a tiny bit on and called it a day. She said she’d speak to the manager and came back with a side of beef and nacho cheese… which wasn’t even what I asked for.
The service was careless and dismissive, and based on this visit, the bad reviews about this location are 100% accurate. I won’t be coming back.

I typically go thru the drive thru. My experience here has been that the dining room is slow for service, even on carry-out versus the drive-thru, way faster. They don’t always get the order right. There appear to be a lot of highschool aged kids working evenings and weekends. The drive thru staff is friendly.

If you plan on visiting in the wee hours, ask yourself if it’s truly worth the effort. You’ll undoubtedly wind up waiting behind no less than 3 cars and the line moves so slow. Once you receive your food, prepare to be in disbelief as you gaze at “edible” abominations galore. Food prepared in such a way as to insinuate that whoever made it was intentionally trying to ruin your life. I literally burst into laughter upon laying eyes on my Mexican Pizza. Nothing was where it was supposed to be. It looked as though it had been shot out of a cannon and into its container. Perhaps it had. Who knows what mischief takes place in that kitchen? It’s safe to say I have no future plans to visit this Taco Bell. Now if I get hungry at 3am, I wait until morning and make myself a nice breakfast

I was in the drive thru picking up an order. The guy at the window made four cars in a row park in the parking lot to wait for the food. Seems like they are trying to fudge their numbers and make it seem like they get people through the drive thru fast, only to make them wait in the parking lot instead. This is 4am, sunday morning, Dec 14, 2025. This is unacceptable service and needs to be looked into! After waiting over 10 mins, i cancelled the delivery order. I don’t get paid enough this. I hope the customer enjoys the cold food once it finally get made and delivered!

Nice folks and fairly quick drive-thru service but I swear this Taco Bell gets my order wrong more often than they get it right, and certainly way more often than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to in the Portland area. Also they often serve really hard old stale chalupa shells. Even though it is notably further for me I will go out of my way to visit either the one on Northeast 122nd Avenue or the one on Northeast Glisan because they at least get my order correct.
