One bite and I threw it away. Service was horrible, I was at least 10 cars back and the line was moving ok, but when I got to the speaker, I was told to hold on and I sat there and watched all the cars in front of me get their food and leave and still I hadn’t ordered and all I needed to do was give my name as I ordered from the app and I finally said I’m HELLO and she finally came back on and I told her my name. In the meantime, there is now an even longer line waiting behind me.
When I finally got home and looked at my food, most of it was disgusting. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat in the taco, 4 or 5 pieces of cheese and a few strands of lettuce. The 5 layer burrito was a lump in the tortilla, hardly any cheese to be found and the Cheesy Gordito was the same as the taco.
Color me gone!

Restaurant has multiple dirty tables. Had to order at a kiosk. Selected to pay by cash at the counter. After 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask what was up then he took my money and confirmed my order was now entered. NO O E IS MANING THE REGISTER. 10 minutes later I finally got my food after everyone else that came in way after me. Poor quality food to boot made sloppy

I ordered off the app in the parking lot. This place was busy, I think it’s the cell phone lot for the airport. By the time I got to the window (which was mere minutes) I was handed my order. It was correct, pipping hot and delicious. I parked my car right out front and ate it in my car. Great experience.

Asked for burrito w/o cheese but they put cheese on it. Brought it back, was told it was impossible to make one without cheese. I explained I can’t eat cheese or cream. They did make another free of cheese, however it still had sour cream. I was told Creamy Jalapeño sauce didn’t have cream but it does.
These people could use more training. Doubt I’ll go there again.

Its like a very robotic place with no customer service. The bathrooms are Very dirty and the tables all have food on them and sticky. No tables wiped down & I tried getting someone to help but was ignored so I had to get my own napkins and wet them in the Pepsi machine to clean the sticky table. The whole time I was here there was no tables cleaned off at all. Oh and no trays for eating in. All to go bags.

I pulled into the drive thru on 11/12/25. After a bit of a wait (and being blocked into the druve by cars behind me, I order and findnout there’s no beef, and the soda machine is broken. They asked if I wanted a different meat, and thrn charged me an extra dollar to substitute it.
This isn’t the fault of the employees working at the store. This is thebfault of the franchisee(s) and senior store management. How do you run out of beef at Taco Bell. Unsat.

I don’t recommend this location. So I had ordered my taco box, after speaking clearly and slowly with the modifications I needed for it. The employee taking the order and working the window had to get clarification on what I wanted. I was given my order, but every taco in my Supreme taco box was wrong. I wanted 6 of them regular supreme, and the other 6 NO LETTUCE, NO SOUR CREAM. I got 6 with NO LETTUCE, NO SOUR CREAM, NO TOMATOES. And the other 6 NO TOMATO, NO SOUR CREAM.
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. It was rang up correctly on the receipt, but it was as if they packaged and wrapped up half of my tacos before they were done.
