Store is usually good. The problem I have is January 26. I placed an order online paid for it came to pick it up in the store was closed Due to the snowstorm. They still took my money and are ignoring me when it comes to giving It back to me. Can you try to speak to a man she tells you to call corporate when you call corporate they tell you to speak to the manager because each store is responsible for how they issue refunds.
The manager will not even spend 15 seconds talking about it. It’s not even about the $20. It’s just the principal and the way they treat you when you have a simple problem that I’m sure could be easily solved.

The staff was friendly. Service was quick. Kids have fun at the play place. I wish the play place had more options for kids to play (since they claim to be the largest indoor play place)

The remodel ruined McDonalds. It went from being family friendly with a huge play place to looking like a prison lunch room. Bring back the fun!

Great place we went there while on vacation my kids loved it. they have a huge play area there it’s super kid friendly. Food was good only thing was kids meals were not 2.99 like they are here.

This McDonald’s location NEVER misses. They hook me up with a couple extra fries and McNuggets on occasion too. Never more than 5 minutes in the line, speedy drive through and very good customer service. All the workers are very respectful and patient. Also the ice cream machine does indeed work and the fries come out hot no matter the time.

So 6 months later I returned to get some coffees for my family and I.
I ordered a french vanilla large iced coffee medium mocha iced coffee and a stroopwaffle. The mocha coffee was made im properly it’s not mocha at all. I tried to ask the woman but she told me you ordered a medium and large “you know” and closed the window. We also were trying to get a tray but we’re unable to. Needless to say the stroopwaffle spilled in the car, stickiness everywhere and I tossed out the coffees. This is how they served my “mocha”

The machine did all the work, employees were chatting among them and because the machine didn’t have paper, it took me 5 minutes to get the receipt. No cashier it is a bad idea and no fast at all

Went through the drive through. We ordered our food, confirm the order in the screen but when we opened the bag it was all wrong. The server didn’t have any idea what we were saying about how it was incorrect, so we just sad forget it and went home . And there is no service at the counter, you have to use the kiosk.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for 16 years with my children and other kids I’ve watched over the years love it never had a complaint and they treat the kids with a small sundae.

They forgot about my order in the drive-through. I ordered an ice water; I had to get out my car and open the window to remind the staff that I was still there (This was after probably 8 minutes and 8 other people got food, and drinks). Not once have I been brushed off for such a simple task. They made me late for work. 0 stars If I could. Ontop of that, I didn’t get a straw. My visit time was 12:01pm, Jan 4.
