Workers are very rude. Was trying to do a DoorDash. Their website does not say what time the lobby closes so thought like most talks it closed at 10 was in the drive-through could not back up. They refused to hand it to me and then when I got inside, workers were extremely rude.

I had such an outstanding experience at this Taco Bell today, and I want to give special recognition to Julio for his exceptional service. We accidentally received the wrong order in the drive-thru and didn’t realize it until we got home. When we went back, Julio helped us immediately with zero hesitation. He apologized sincerely, took responsibility right away, and told us we were welcome to keep the incorrect order they had given us. We chose not to, but the gesture alone showed how much he cares about customer satisfaction.

Julio remade our entire order quickly and with a level of professionalism and kindness that truly stood out. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Julio was calm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole interaction. He made what could have been a frustrating situation feel effortless and easy.

Julio made a huge difference in the overall experience. He is the kind of employee every business wishes they had — reliable, personable, and committed to doing things right. Taco Bell is lucky to have Julio, and we’ll definitely continue coming back because of the excellent service he provided today.

Went through drive through, checked food when we got home, and realized missing food. Called the store, but did not answer. Went to store with recipt and sticker and picture of food, but was given attitude for requesting food that was missed. Got told “you should have bring food with you”. Did not mind being denied, but very unsatisfied with attitude and accusatory glances.

Update : since leaving this review, I have moved to Sherwood and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this location, I’m not sure if it was change of staff, but they are always very friendly and their orders are hardly ever wrong, which is very rare for Taco Bell

Guy was very rude.

Also spent my points on a cheesy gordita crunch. Took my points and never showed up on my order and to add. When I hot help on the app it freezes everytime I go to ask for help on how to fix it

Update still no response from owner it’s been since Saturday when I called.

If I could give 1 star I would. The employee ( male at drive thru) and store managers are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Don’t ask for a receipt because you’ll just get the window slammed in your face. Then when you wait for 10 mins with 5 cars behind you someone comes to the window finally and you are still there waiting for a receipt they act like they don’t know what your saying, and then go “ it broken” I said what is? They said “ slip machine” I then ask why couldn’t anyone tell me that. She said she didn’t understand what I was saying. I told her it wasn’t her fault and I drove away. I called 4 days ago to complain to customer service but no one has reached out. Figures tho, no one wants to be held responsible or accountable for anything anymore.

The service was lacking. The person at the dirve through told us to order on the kiosk. We told her the quesarito is not on the kiosk so we can’t. She told us it was… it wasn’t.

The food was not ideal. My quesadilla was cut weird and the cheese was burnt on the outside. The service was quick.

The signing for social distancing was good. Nice and easy to follow.

I would have liked a person to take my order not the computer screen. I did takeout and asked for two mild sauce packets and didn’t get any! It was takeout so my tacos were not as good.
