We placed an online order, were given confirmation and a pick up time. We got it much later than they said it would be ready. And they still got it wrong! We had to ask several times and the staff didn’t care that our order was running late. Lots of choices in the area and I would recommend eating elsewhere. Unless bland sandwiches and bad attitudes are your thing.

I love their sandwiches but they are either understaffed or don’t understand about a pick-up time. Ordered my stuff to be ready at 11:30 and it wasnt done till 12pm. Sat there for 30 minutes and was late for my staff meeting the food was for. Will make me think twice about coming back for catered events.

Typically one of my favorite lunch sandwich places. I’ll be honest, I haven’t been here in a couple months. Went for a sandwich today. 27 min to make a sandwich on a 30 min lunch break. Not impressed. The grill guy was making 1 or 2 at a time, like that was all he could handle.

I bought sandwich there, employee there didn’t change his gloves, touching the register and coming from back room , had same gloves on and making my sandwich l,i feel sick after eating a sandwich there my stomach is upset….and he served other customers with a same gloves on…never go back there agian

Messed up my order again how hard is it to get the size of my sandwich right and upset when I asked for the full sandwich. Never coming back. I’m a pretty loud person never had problems at any other location except this one. Opened it to find my portobello cheesesteak had no meat and is dripping mushrooms juice through soggy bread Opened it as I got in the car so it wasn’t sitting long. Can’t even eat my lunch now

Employees are friendly and upbeat. I love ordering on-line and just popping in to pick up my order. They have gluten free bread and portions are generous. We’re get the regular sub and make two meals out of it. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.
