I am extremely disturbed at the service i received. my boyfriend bit into a rock while eating his burrito and when i called to speak to a “manager” they hung up on me mid sentence and said “do you have any brain cells? are you stupid” and asked if i was high… that is ABSOLUTELY no way to speak to a customer let alone hang up on them. when i called a fourth time they compared my complaint about biting into a rock while eating to lying about cancer. i understand that they get prank calls all the time whatever you still never speak to anyone in that manner whether you believe them or not have some damn respect.

I was door dashing for 2 orders at this location. One was ready as I arrived, the other took 40 minutes to be completed. I saw a dozen other door dashers arrive, receive their orders and leave before mine was ready. I asked every 10 minutes on expected time, and no one could give me an answer. One employee even exclaimed “WOW! You are STILL WAITING?!” I nodded. I am pretty sure from my meager understanding of Spanish, that my order was passed over and forgotten. Half way through it.
They were busy, yes. And no it was not my food. But that is still unacceptable as long waits also affect our ratings and reviews. They need someone to organize them and improve the flow of orders.

Asked the drive through worker for sauce at the speaker as well as 2 more times at the actual pickup window, and not only was she dismissive of what I had asked she was also incredibly rude and ended up not putting a single sauce packet into my order! the food was exactly what you’d expect from Taco Bell but this is the second problem I’ve had with their drive through window employees either being on their phone and missing something or straight up not caring enough to double check please do better!!

I’ve waited a long time to be able to order a tostada again and this is pathetic. There is barely any beans on here, and there’s almost no lettuce. They used to have a handful of lettuce on them which them what it’s supposed to be. This was disgusting the way they made it I’m very disappointed. This location doesn’t do that well in general but this really sucked more than usual. I’ve waited years to be able to get a tostada again and I hated the way they made this.
If you order from this location you need to look in your bag and make sure everything is right or else you will get home and be very pissed off like I was.

Got the $9 Lux box. Very discounted in the cantina burrito. The cantina burrito is usually pretty big size but today I got two very mini burritos stuck together. You think this is worth $9??

If I could rate no stars I would. This is by far the worst managed fast food restaurant in the Oregon City area and surrounding areas. I’m not talking about taco bell in general because there are several in the area that operate perfectly normal. This 1 on the other hand has incompetent employees that can’t get orders out in a timely manner at all. They mess orders up, and they simply dont care. We have had these issues several times before at this location, but unfortunately, it’s the closest taco bell to us. Whoever runs this restaurant should be fired immediately and they should have new management brought in. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food when there was only 8-9 cars in line.

This Taco Bell is usually great, but whoever was working the drive-thru window on January 10 around 11:40 p.m. needs a reminder that the job involves customers. Spent the entire interaction chatting with coworkers and then shut the window in my face mid-sentence so the conversation wouldn’t be interrupted. I’ve worked customer service for years, so this isn’t to be a Karen. I was just completely caught off guard by the rudeness as usually the service always has good vibes from this location. Customer first, gossip later.

I went here in the morning not knowing they didn’t open until 10, we waited till they opened and the drive thru guy was instantly rude to us the whole time. Once we got up to the window the guy was instantly rude and told us “we just opened and have nothing ready so you have to park” i then asked for a receipt and he said “i always hand them out so i will” and i said “okay you don’t need to be rude” he then stated “well i’ve been at my other job all night and im tired so” and i said “that doesn’t mean you can be rude to your customers” he then closed the window on me and i parked. He came out with my food and was missing something so i went in there and said i was missing an item and he started to all of a sudden be super nice and have me an extra item and i asked for his name which was Zack

I’m no longer coming to Toco Bell until they can give me my correct change back. I don’t know how many billions this company makes a year but they can’t give me my correct change back since the pennies have been discontinued. They knew this was going to happen! Everywhere else I go to that doesn’t have enough pennies gives me a nickel. Not Toco Bell. They don’t even say anything to you at all. No I’m sorry. Nothing! I’m not rich. I’m very low income. My change no matter how small matters. When you add up all the pennies each location steals from people it adds up! I go to 3 different locations of Toco Bell and every single one acts like they don’t owe me my change! So I’m done. I refuse to have to have exact change! I love Toco Bell but until they fix this problem I’m done!

Writing this as I’m in the drive through. Only 6 cars in front total, and have been in the drive through for 25 minutes.. haven’t even ordered. Will I be stuck for the better part of an hour? Only time will tell.
