Doordash should end contract with these guys. I just started dashing not long ago and still new. When I came up I tried to ask for help but they all ignored me. Finally some lady comes up to me demanding a number. Now ive never had to give anything besides a name and showing my phone screen with the order information. But this lady would not give me the order. I dont know why she was being so rude and unprofessional but yeah. I gave the name and showed my phone to her and she was giving me a really hard time. I even asked her why are you being so mean and rude to me? Why cant you see i dont know what your talking about so you can point it out and we can both move on with our work days.
I feel super bad for the customer having to wait on this lady trying to prove a point to a doordasher thats brand new.
Also I understand Spanish and her and the guy there were talking shit about me infront of me thinking I dont understand.
I wouldn’t go here if you want food or service. They ignore you and yell at you.

Filed an ADA complaint against Maria N., the worst manager. I told her I’m fully Deaf and told her my cochlear implant was dead at the moment. I couldn’t understand her, so I asked her to write the note down for me, but she refused. She will not care about your disability. She even told a young lady not to help me.

I am fully Deaf, and she still refused to help me or write anything down. I got so upset that I cried and freaked out because I couldn’t understand what was going on.

Thank you to the lady who doesn’t work here who helped me and explained that my order didn’t go through.

The location is fine, Invited after 9PM and we were the only ones seated inside. Unfortunately the Big Mac patties are only something like 4mm thick. I believe they have to re-evaluate how their most popular burger is made. It wasn’t bad but the competition isn’t the same as in the 90s. Fries are exceptional, as usual.

I ordered 2 double fiet o fish (my favorite sandwich). They were absolutely horrible. There was no tatarsauce and the fish was completely dry and cold. I stop at this location more than others in town. They are not particularly friendly but the food is typical better. Mc Donalds use to be consistent no matter the location. How hard is a filet o fish?

This location needs a kiosk.
I was trying to redeem an offer on my app because it was free item. I don’t know if my order was in or the app went in because the employee walked away from the register since it was the end of the shift. I didn’t get a receipt since the tab didn’t close yet. When I got my receipt, my order was sitting on the counter for like 7 minutes since they finished my order without finalizing my order.
Get a kiosk to boost efficiency at this point.

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I requested a cup for water, which I’ve never been charged for before at other McDonald’s, and the employee with curly hair informed me there would be a fee. The charge itself isn’t the main issue—it was her awful attitude that was truly upsetting. While policies may vary, the employee’s rude attitude was completely awful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed and paid for my order in advance, my credit card was charged, but when I went to pick up my food, the staff refused to give it to me. Even after I showed proof of payment, they simply told me the order was cancelled and made no effort to help or resolve the situation. The manager and team members were not empathetic at all and did nothing to address the problem.

I had to contact McDonald’s customer service to try to get my money back. With so many other McDonald’s locations available, I would avoid this one.

I visited this McDonald’s on Friday 7/25/25 around 9:40pm .had a very disappointing experience. The cashier lady she was looks 40+ at the front was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. Instead of greeting us or taking the order politely, she seemed irritated and dismissive.

What made it worse was that after taking our order, she started talking to someone else — clearly about us — in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. It was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable.

Customer service like this makes people feel unwelcome. I hope management looks into this and addresses the behavior seriously. No one should be treated that way.
